Okay, basically you post a quote, the next person tries to guess it (and the person who said it if you know) and then you go from there. Only rule is it has to be a famous movie, not some obscure indie movie that only you and your great Aunt Ruth saw last week at some underground restaurant. No, pick something real people have actually seen.
Ex: Sandy, don't make me laugh. Ha. Ha. Ha.
Oh, that's from Grease! Danny says it - And most of all I'm worried about walking out of this room and never feeling the rest of my whole life the way I feel when I'm with you.
Baby from Dirty Dancing! yadda yadda yadda
Get it? Good.
Alright let's good:
But WHY is the rum gone?

That's Pirates of the Carribean, naturally! And Captain Jack says it. Like there could be any other.
Hmm..
"Mama always said life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get"
Btw, neat game.

Okay for one, you're wrong, it's from Forrest Gump, and for two, you have to post a quote.
But it is Forrest Gump right? - Forrest says it?
Oh! And three? I didn't want to revive an old thread. it's easier just to make a new one.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?

Do you want to know what really happened thirteen years ago? Shall I divulge how I truly lost my powers? It was love.

I can't remember *watching* that quote, but duh, I know it's Harry Potter - probably the fourth movie, or HP and the Goblet of Fire.
I hope you vgusy know this one, it's one of the most classic movies of all time:
"Here's looking at you, Kid."

That's from Casablanca. =) Which I've still yet to see...
Anyway, this next quote is kinda long since I don't know if you'll be able to get it.
Dear Annette, I don't know what I could possibly say that would rectify the harm I've caused you. The truth of the matter is that being with you was the only time I have ever been happy. My whole life has been a joke. I prided myself on taking joy in others' misery. Well, it finally backfired. I succeed in hurting the first person I ever loved. Enclosed is my most prized possession. My journal. For a long time I considered it my trophy. A sordid collection of my conquests. If you really want to know the truth than please read it. No more lies. Please give me another chance. I'm a wreck without you.
It's like my absolute favourite movie.

That's Cruel Intentions!
I actually only watched that a couple of weeks ago when it was on TV. I love the little montage at the end with Bittersweet Symphony playing. That is the coolest song.

That's Jerry Maguire right?
And it's my ultime favourite movie. I love Bittersweet Symphony, Colorblind, and Every you and every me (the very first song). It's like the greatest movie ever invented.
umm...
Don't go there, Sid. You're starting to sound like some Wes Craven flick or something. Don't freak yourself out, okay? We've got a long night ahead of us.

I can't remember the quote, but that seems like a scream thing, as there was a Sydney and it WAS a Wes Craven film razz (Yep, it was Jerry Maguire) "If I'm not back in five minutes... wait longer!"

totally Scream 1. Tatum says it to Sidney. And that's why I used that quote, those two hints. I was going to use the whole, "Dude I think I'm dying man" scene, but I figured no one could get it off just those lines. Although that was classic.
I actually watched Halloween 1 for the first time on Sunday and when it shows the scene of Jamie Lee Curtis hiding in the closet I was like, "HEY THAT'S ON SCREAM!" Course Mom was like, "Duh, they're watching this movie, in that movie." I knew that, but I just thought it was cool, Since Scream is my favourite scary movie. Though it's hilarious.
And back to the game:
Is it Ace Ventura: Pet Detective?
Love this movie. Watched it for the first time in September I belive.
I would rather have had one breath of her hair, one kiss from her mouth, one touch of her hand, than eternity without it. One.

I'd have got that one, Diddi! I thought that scene was hilarious - the tone of his voice cracks me up, even though it isn't meant to be funny, I don't think so, anyway. Scream is so cool. I don't really like the sequels as much.
Yep, pet detective.
That one is City of Angels! As a self-confessed chick flick LOVER how could I not know that one? Another chick flick for ya:
"I love that you get cold when it's 71 degrees out. I love that it takes you an hour and a half to order a sandwich. I love that you get a little crinkle above your nose when you're looking at me like I'm nuts. I love that after I spend the day with you, I can still smell your perfume on my clothes. And I love that you are the last person I want to talk to before I go to sleep at night. And it's not because I'm lonely, and it's not because it's New Year's Eve. I came here tonight because when you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible."
