Psst! This stuff below is CLASSIFIED information. Meaning no one's supposed to know about it yet...

SO TELL EVERY FREAKIN' PERSON YOU KNOW!

Okay. So. First we'll have the food in the Cafeteria. Also, there will be a dance floor set up, and none of the lunch tables will be laid out... or maybe one or two for the munchy couples. There. That's settled it.
Outside of the caf, in the Eastern Courtyard, there will be a haunted house set up. More or less, not a haunted house.. but rather a house of mirrors, fortunetellers, "haunted" items, a maze, photo booth and candy for those with a Halloween-loving inner child.
The event is semi-formal to formal, and is going to be a masquerade-style event. Don't leave your masks at home!... Besides; this IS Halloween, anyway!
All areas used in the event ( Such as the cafeteria and courtyards ) are going to be made up in a seperate thread used just especially for the event, so don't worry about regular roleplays being interrupted by the fun.
A band will be provided also in the Western Courtyard. Another dance floor will be set up outside there as well with the only lighting being... Erm... Well, the grounds are going to be set on fire. No! Not that kind of fire! Just the magical kind that won't burn the grass... but it will burn YOU if you happen to run into it or fall into it. ^^; Hey, we're all college students; we should have learnt to watch our steps by now... right? ... Right? O-O;
A costume event will take place, also. You may describe the costume your character is wearing, but you'll need to TekTek something so during the final vote, the costumes will be easy to determine. Sorry for the limited amount of clothing to choose from! ... Or, for the artistic people... there's always drawing the costume..
But anyway, you'll need to register for the contest before all the spots are filled off! Registering in couples is allowed. However, there are only ten spots avaliable!...
The main colors for the event are going to be black, orange, and purple, in case anyone was wondering. >>

Just in! The band playing at the Ball in the Western Courtyard is going to be the Marionettes! They're one of the local bands, and they play pretty much anything if asked of them, but they specialize is rock and alternative style music. Later, a description of all the band's members will be posted. surprised

So there. That's the official announcement for the Halloween Ball! Invite everyone you want to! There's a rumour that Mirandal might even be made public JUST for the event. surprised So.. just invite, invite, invite and tell, tell, tell!
