 This is my quest thread for a spirit for the seagoat,
inspired by the astrological sign Capricorn.

Name :: Cornelius
Gender :: Male
Appearance ::
Hair (color, style, length) :: He has light blond hair, cut short and slightly wavy or curly.
Eye (color, style) :: His eyes are brown.
Skin Fur (color) :: He has a white fur coat, with thick tufts of fur at his elbows and along his calves down to his ankles.
Unique Features :: He possesses a pair of horns like a goat that poke out the top of his head and curve back slightly. He also has floppy white ears like a goat, which usually hang down. His feet have a more hoof-like appearance. He also has a tail, but unlike a goat's tail, it's a fish tail. The tail is made up of white scales, that gleam softly in colors of the rainbow.
Abilities ::
Stage 1 :: Swimming :: From the beginning, he is able to swim swiftly and stay underwater for longer periods of time than any human.
- - - - - - - Limitations :: Every now and again, he has to come up for air since he has no gills.
Stage 2 :: Water Manipulation :: He can control water to do various things. At this point, he can only use a small amount of water and not for very long.
Stage 3 :: Water Manipulation (Advanced) :: He can control water to do various things. At this point, he can use a larger amount of water and work with it for a longer period of time.
- - - - - - - Limitations :: He can't change the state of the water, meaning that he can't change it to a gas to create fog or a solid to create ice. He can work with liquid water only. He can use water only from visible places such as lakes and ponds. He will never be able to control water that comes from the body, such as sweat.
Stage 4 :: Telepathic Communication :: He can speak to others with his mind, but it takes a long time to master.
- - - - - - - Limitations :: He won't be able to develop it until much later in his life. It only works with aquatic creatures.
Basic Personality :: He can be a bit of a bookworm sometimes as he loves to read and learn about new things (and occasionally wears reading glasses). As studious as he might be, he's very active and enjoys running to get exercise and playing sports. He's a pretty outgoing spirit and enjoys meeting others.

Age :: 17
Race :: Human
Hair :: He has reddish-brown hair. He keeps it cut relatively short but still long enough to tie back in a ponytail.
Eyes :: Gray-blue
Skin :: On the tannish side
Likes :: Loud music (he often has a walkman with him), spicy food, practicing his fighting techniques, videogames
Dislikes :: His sister (it's a whole sibling rivalry thing), lectures, being forced to studied, when his mom decides to cook healthy (because it often tastes like grass, or worse...)
Personality :: He's a very active teenager and enjoys playing sports. He hates having to sit around in school listening to his boring teachers going on and on when he would rather be out doing something interesting. For all the complaining he does about school, he's relatively smart. His grades might not always reflect that since he sometimes procrastinates on his homework and studying just a little too much.
Brief Background :: Liam comes from a small family that lives on the outskirts of town. He lives with his parents, his older sister (Meredith), and his grandfather. He attends high school but finds the whole thing rather mundane (and often gets in trouble for falling asleep in class). His grandfather often teaches Liam and his sister different fighting techniques, which is where the whole sibling rivalry started. Meredith was always much better at fighting than he and often teases him about it. Liam hates when she teases him, and he works hard at training so that one day he might prove he's just as good if not better than she is.

Two things... The first, I hope it's okay to post e.e; The second, I hope you don't mind the probable page-stretch.
