Ok so last year at State Marchin Contest the worst of a rainstorm happens right as we get on the field... only group that really got drenched...Upside: None Downside: Soaked smelly uniforms till dry cleaning of them in May, water damage to gear, one helluva pain in the rear.
This year at one of the school contests we went to right as we start marching the stadium lights die... Upside: standing ovation Downside:Some of the judges couldn't see us so we were judge by our size not our skill

Our luck is generally okay, but we always seem to have a train go by in the middle of our ballad when we're competing.

well we usually have some luck. but horrible luck at our last competition crying in our band, we moved the pit to the back of the field so we have many microphones and amplifiers so that everyone can here them. what happened was that all of that stuff was too powerful for the generator and it blew out X_X so we had a horrible tear throughout the whole show basically. though that's the worse that's happened luckily ^^

our luck is really good in comps...not in football games though. Once we had a major tear in the music...i mean a 2 or 3 count tear...it got back finnally...and another time the pit accidentally ran into a persons ankle with a marumba!!!! (the person was in the pit)

our luck was amazing at first, but then our school began to cut our funding and the best teahcer we had was forced to retire. It just kept going down the tubes from there,a nd now they suck so bad. Watching them makes me sad. But our school has a great legend, Am I have faith that it will turn back around for them.

My school has pretty good luck. Although, at one competition, haha, two of our baritones happened to follow a trombone and started out completely in the wrong spot. We did horribly that day.
