Probably something by Xiu Xiu. That band puts out the most depressing material I've ever heard. Hard to listen to on so many levels.

I know it probably pales in camparision to some of the really emo crap out there, but I find The Scientist by Coldplay as pretty depressing.

To me: anything by SOAD or tool. Pink floyd stuff can get heavy sometimes too.
There's a song by dream theater called "Dissapear" which is very very deep. It's off of Six Degrees of inner turbulence for those who want to have a go.
