My dad found out that I am bisexual from a website I have. And when he confronted me, I said yes, that I am bisexual. I lied a little bit on that I've never done anything with a girl... but I didnt want to make him too mad.
I was ready for the worst when he shrugged and then continued on his way. WTF?! I dont think he has intensions of telling my mom or anyone... like a well kept family secret no one will ever know. *shrugs* Oh well. Now he knows. ^.^ A weight off my shoulders.
Oh and YAY Youth Pride Day is tomarrow.

Well now my dad told my mum and she pulled the "It's just a faze girls your age are going through" card.
Then she and my dad have been making all these homophobic comments, it's really starting to piss me off.

Brainwash her parents? Maybe you can try and show your parents that it is not a phase and you are truly seriouse about it, maybe then they will show respect and not make comments like they have been.

This guild was formed to help people with their problems and for support. Not to judge them or their family, (ect.) I can easly have you requested to be removed from this guild.

I really don't think that that is the right attitude to be taking here, just letting something alone to fester and such will not make it go away, but instead grow worse! I say that you should talk to your parents about it, make them know that you are serious and it's not just a "phase" that you're going through. As to how, I don't know, but I'm sure that you'll think of something! biggrin As I'm straight I really don't know what it's like to come out of the closet, but I'm sure that the hardest step is over....

Well, if you want to look on the bright side at least they're not totally freaking out and trying to do things to change your mind. But perhaps you could try to get them to stop the remarks... they are your parents, and I don't think that's the greatest way to show your love for your child.
