Here's a couple FAQs from GameFAQs, they should help you find what you're looking for:
Devil's Arms/Abyssion FAQ Side-Quest/Sub-Event FAQ
Also, change the appearance of your character on ToS? If that's what you're talking about I assume you mean costumes, which can be changed by a change of title. Only certain titles give a costume change, however, and they don't get any +stats.
For example, Kratos's "Judgement" outfit gives him his alternate costume. Presea's "Dream Traveler" title gives her an alternate costume based off Klonoa from the Klonoa games, and so on and so forth.

Kenkae Hw do you find Abbysion, Maxwell and Seles? Also how do you change the appearence of your character, I'm unaware of all of this, someone help please! For Abbysion, he's in Flainor. Talk to him, get the devil arms, then find him again in the bottom of the Shadow Temple. For Maxwell, he's in Exire, (Floating city of Half elves), but you need the Derris Emblem to fight him. And for Seles, shes at the end of the arena fights. Fight all the creatures to face her.

Disciple of Chaos Kenkae Hw do you find Abbysion, Maxwell and Seles? Also how do you change the appearence of your character, I'm unaware of all of this, someone help please! For Abbysion, he's in Flainor. Talk to him, get the devil arms, then find him again in the bottom of the Shadow Temple. For Maxwell, he's in Exire, (Floating city of Half elves), but you need the Derris Emblem to fight him. And for Seles, shes at the end of the arena fights. Fight all the creatures to face her. All right, I must say this. if you follow only the instruction provided by my idiot brother, you will not be able to fight any of them.
Abyssion - Locate the Devil's Arms. To obtain most of them, you need Nebilim's Key. This can be obtained from Abyssion himself, in Flanoir. The Arms themselves are scattered around Tethe'alla, but one is in Sylvarant. The hard ones are as follows -
Genis - Talk to the man on the bridge by the Casino in Altamira at night. Buy the kendama for 1000 gald
Raine - After you get everyone else's, talk to the man at Hakonesia peak.
Colette - Examine the remains of the spinny slab thing at the bottom of the Toize Valley Mine.
Kratos/Zelos II - Kill the Sandworm. After talking to people in Triet about it, go out and look for a skit point to start the battle.
Maxwell - his bit about the Derris-emblem is correct, but you could be searching Exire for hours without luck for Maxwell. Hell, you might even be searching for hours just looking for Exire!
To find Exire - look for a little dot on your map out in the middle of the ocean. You need Rheairds to access it.
To find Maxwell - after you cross the bridge and get back to ground level, (relatively speaking) you'll exit the screen to the right. The next screen will put you just below the leader's house, or something like that. Anyways, It's got a little ledge on the right side that you can walk on. Walk behind the house, then across the freakin' long bridge to another little island. Talk to the pillar, which will ask you to show proof that you have conquered the elements or something like that. What that means is you need to equip every gem that you've received from the summon spirits. Do this, then speak to the pillar again to access Maxwell. He uses meteor storm like there's no tomorrow, so open the biggest can 'o whoopass you've got.
On the matter of Seles - I've never fought her before, but I believe you fight her and some people from past Tales games on the final stage of the hardest Party Battle mode. You need the Derris-Emblem, and possibly Zelos. But maybe not.
Well, that's all I've got for Bosses, and I'm pretty sure that Costumes has been explained. If you've actually endured my ranting this far, I applaud you. I hope the information has helped.

It's really simple to fight Seles. You can fight her before or after you kill of Zelos (thus getting two Last Fencers, Kratos/Zelos's best sword). I forget the specifics but just before you go to where you kill Zelos you must go to the Colosieum and beat it on hard (I recommend Lloyd with the Kusanagi Blades, a fairy ring and the ability to cook miso soup). Also as a prerequisite while in Meltokio (sp?) there will be a skit where Colette or Sheena (I forget) will point out that Seles is following you (this may or may not happen if you talk to her more at the Abby). Then go to the Colosieum. To fight her after Zelos's death, you must simply have fought her the first time and go to the Colosieum and beat her again. However if you really want to know how to fight her, search for a faq, I highly recommend gamefaq.com.

I don't care to edit out the s**t, so hear is a guide on Abyssion. The person who made this guide makes everything easy(I am REALLY sorry for stretching the page, I mean REALLY sorry sweatdrop ): ============= Darkness Weapons =============
Darkness Weapons, or known otherwise as Devil Arms, are weapons that grow stronger as you use them. Most people like to think that they are the strongest weapons in the game. I wouldn't know, since in my opinion, I think it's pretty cheap to use them and deal 6,000+ damage to the final boss. But anywho, here's a list for you collectors.
/////// -------------- COLETTE -------------- ///////
To obtain Colette's Darkness Weapon, head for the Toize Valley Mine, and do you remember that grey spinning block in the mine? Head down to the shattered pieces of it and examine it to get the Evil Eye.
/////// -------------- LLOYD -------------- ///////
To obtain Lloyd's Darkness Weapon, the Nebilim, simply talk with Abyssion in Flanior once you enter it for the first time.
/////// -------------- RAINE -------------- ///////
To obtain Raine's Darkness Weapon, talk with Abyssion in Flanior after gathering eight of the nine, and then head for Hakonesia Peak and talk with Koton (the old man in the little hut) and get Raine's Darkness Weapon, the Heart of Chaos, from him.
/////// -------------- GENIS -------------- ///////
To obtain Genis' Darkness Weapon, after getting all but Raine's Darkness Weapon, go to Altamira and spend the night in the inn and choose to stay up for the nighttime. Now head to where the amusent park is during the day, and keep following the path until you see a man leaning over a railing. Talk with him to get Genis' weapon, the Disaster.
/////// -------------- KRATOS/ZELOS -------------- ///////
To get the first Darkness Weapon for these two, head for the Gaoracchia Forest and enter from the Mizuho side. Head up and left and keep going until you see some vines covering a chest. Get rid of the vines to claim the Fafnir.
/////// -------------- KRATOS/ZELOS -------------- ///////(yes thier is two a dager and a regular sword)
To claim the other Darkness Weapon, head for Triet, and talk with a man near the stands and he'll tell you about a huge worm. Head up one screen and talk with the person standing next to the dog. Now head out, and go northwest to find a skit point. Touch it to start a battle. Beat him to get the Soul Eater.
/////// -------------- SHEENA -------------- ///////
For Sheena's, go to Altessa's House after beating the Temple of Earth and talk with the Gnomelette. Now head back for the Temple of Earth, and go into the room with the Dragon, and go past him to find the other Gnomelettes. They'll move. Head up the ramp and claim the Gates of Hell.
/////// -------------- PRESEA -------------- ///////
For Presea's, head for Latheon Gorge. Go to the second screen here, and go up the first hill, and then left to find the Diablos.

Sorry for double posting, but I thought you might like to get this tittle, costume for Genis:
================= THE GENIUS CAT, GENIS =================
After getting the doctor in Flanior, head over to the slums in Meltokio. You'll see a boy running after a Katz. Soon the Katz will lose him and go somewhere. Head for the item shop and speak with the Katz. He'll tell you about a man named Noah. Now exit Meltokio, get on your Rhearids and head for Sylvarant. Head for the northwest island on your map and enter Katz Village. Talk with the elder Katz (head up the stairs and look for a purple Katz going around in circles.) and talk with him. He'll give Genis a Katz costume. Now head back to Tethe'alla and back to Meltokio. Head back to the slums and talk with Noah, and he'll disappear. Now Genis will have a Katz costume.

I would like to correct my 'how to fight Seles' thing. To fight Seles simply beat the advanced colosieum rounds three times. You'll know if you are doing it right because Seles's servant, Toku something, will show up after your match. After you last go at it Seles will appear and you will have to fight her one on one. BE CAREFUL!! Seles might look like a push over but she is a bit hard! She will cast Absolute alot and her close combat isn't bad. If you have to resort to useing long range attacks, like Demon fang. After the fight Seles will say how she was worried about her big brother (Ahhh how precious......I am not being serious) then she will leave. From the fight with Seles you will get the Last Fencer (Zelos/Kratos's best weapon) and the Elemental Circlet (the best magic user friendly circlet). WARNING!!! YOU MUST DO THIS BEFORE YOU SEE THE DOCTOR FOR ALTESSA!! AS IN, IN BETWEEN WHEN ALTESSA GETS INJURED AND YOU SEE THE DOCTOR!!! As a side note you can fight Seles again after you kill Zelos (if you do), and once again you will get the Last Fencer and Elemental Circlet.
