Please be patient with me as I explain the details on commissioning Troiy.

I will not accept more than four(3) commissions at once. This is because I don't like to make my clients wait for long.

However, before I can place any client's name on the 3 slots, I must have an agreement with them first.

To seal an agreement, they must initiate the trade. I naturally won't confirm any trade unless the art is finished. This is done for my benefit, because it assures me that my client is really interested to commission me.

Please note that haggling and discussing prices does not oblige any client into commissioning Troiy. Feel free to consult and ask questions any time!

This said, I stick to the "First come, first serve." policy.
Clients who have made an agreement with me will occupy the slots, depending on who made the agreement first.

Please, I'd also like to inform everyone that if you're a first time customer, I won't give any initial sketches unless the trade is initiated. This does not apply to my returning clients, or friends.

Also, it doesn't hurt to be be nice to me. I might give gifts to clients who have been a real pleasure to work with. wink

The Naughty Gaians!!! I hate to do this... but it make me sad to have clients who take so much of my time and effort only cancel the commission. I'm lenient in payment terms, just PM me and we can make a deal.

Troiy does not offer complicated backgrounds at this time. All art will have simple background as shown in the samples.

All chibi cone has the same basic pose as illustrated. There would be minor changes depending on the avatar items.

Condition: If there are too many items per chibi, the artist have the right to ask the customer to remove some. This means no cluttered avi.

It would also help to inform the artist which items are the customer's favorite.

Couples

Chibi couple will have the same pose as shown, unless specified by customer. Customized poses are subject to artist's discretion. In other words, the artist have the right to refuse a pose, if he thinks it's unfeasible.
