There are three two things in particular that really bug me. This is because, while I belive they may provide some clue for KH3, or something along those lines, they are completely ignored, or very nearly so, unlike the whole thing with Sora and the crowns...
The first one is the constant repeating image of a star, or stars, in KH2. It's possibly a reference to the worlds, but... It seems a little too simple and explanation. I don't know. I'm not thinking terribly clearly at the moment, honestly...
Secondly, is the Unicorn. What Unicorn, you might be asking? Well, throughout all of the Mansion, there are enless UNICORNS... as in EVERYWHERE. And though this could, theoretically, just be a design, I happen to not think that, judging on everything ELSE that was there... ie, Namine's drawings and the paintings scatered outside in the hallway that show various clues, not unlike the drawings in the Secret Place.
Just saying... There are things we haven't really talked about. And what IS the deal with Sora's crown-thing, anyway? And, what about... well, everything...?

I spend ages analyzing EVERYTHING via first-person view, so... I tend to pick stuff up. As for me being confusing, I'm not actually sure what you guys mean... *blinks*

There's some other interesting details in there as well, but... Similar in noticablity to the details in the Traverse Town Hotel back in KH1. My god, there was a lot of stuff in there...

Huh...unicorns...I missed that too. Too bad there weren't any rainbows, otherwise it would just scream KHII is a hidden yaoi game. heart
And for the crown thing, it's sort of a symbolism of a ruler of kingdom. And Sora is the keybearer and defeated most of the enemies in that game. That would make him the 'Ruler of Kingdom Hearts', am I correct?
