okay so here's the deal: my best friend is supposedly bi, and I get more bi as the day is old....well I've known her for probably about 2 years and now I know I'm in love with her. 2 years ago, her and I kissed (a peck) and now she doesn't wanna kiss me. I truly love her and she told me the other day that she had a dream about making out with me and that she woke up "wet" do you think I should continue to pursue her in hopes that she'll come out of her fearful shell, avoid her in hopes of getting over my love, lay off in hopes she'll come around, or other suggestions? man, things is gettin difficult around this neck of the woods cry

Well you are friends, try to focus on that more for a while instead of being more. Some people need time before they make commitments, even if they are small ones. Don't try to get over her if you love her, just try to give her a little space and be her friend. After a while perhaps tell her that you like her more then that and see how she reacts, don't do anything rash though. That's about all I have... hope I helped ^^

Hmm... yeah. If you try to force her into anything you might just scare her away, and not only with you lose the person you love - you'll also lose your best friend. Go slow about it, and keep being friends. If things advance towards a relationship then yay 3nodding Otherwise just play it cool

I Shall Become... If you've not talked to her about it, I suggest you do. I mean, tone it down (in other words, don't use the "L" word) but at least let her know how you feel. If she shoots your down, then let it lie and continue to be her friend. She might decide later on she wants to give it a try with you and even if she doesn't, the worst case is that you'll keep your good friend. I'm a firm believer in being open and honest about things. ...The Gaian MAD HATTER!

I agree with Mew. Leave the love thing out. Try to keep on a friend basis...

yeah I told her yesterday that I love her, but that she didn't have to say anything or do anything about it. so, I guess she'll come around someday, I hope... sad but yeah, we're best friends forever either way, she even told me that. I told her today that I was sorry I was being pushy last night and she said not to worry about it. so I guess I didn't make her mad or anything....I just upset her by me being upset xp
oh yeah and thanks for your advice! I really appreciate it! heart mrgreen
