It occured to me a while ago. There's a good chance that Sora's Master form comes from Roxas... Now, hear me out here. There is a pattern as to what they look like, ie. Wisdom - Blue - Donald and Valor - Red - Goofy. Now, the Master form is golden-yellow; and, in the 20+ hours I've spent running around Twilight Town as Roxas doing nothing other than beating the living crap out of Dusks and Assassins (I am an insane level-upper, and I wanted to make up for the fact that I'm on Proud Mode... More on that some other time), I've noted that his "color" in general is golden-yellow. Interesting. Then, I looked at the little x-pattern, which had been driving me insane for quite some time due to the lack of reasoning and thought, hm, that looks quite a bit like Roxas's x-pendent/zipper thing...
Just a thought... hm?

The x's are a bit more ornate, so to speak, than Roxas'... But there deffinitly is a bit of a resemblence there, and it's the only explanation I can think of why on earth there would be "x"s as a design, or all things, short of some sort of bizzare OXIII reference...

Honestly, I always thought that meant it was just both Donald and Goofy giving him strength. Because Roxas' clothes are so... black and white! :'D;;

That's what I thought at first too, but like I said, after spending hours running around as Roxas leveling up to 20 and beyond, it's kind of hard not to notice his affiliation with golden-yellow.

I could be wrong, though, because Donald and Goofy do both disappear when he uses that form... It's hard to say. Prehaps Roxas is the... data, for it, and they're the power source? So to speak?

Mm...Maybe you're thinking too hard on the subject? ^^;
I think it's Yellow because of the three primary colors. Red being to Goofy, and Blue to Donald. So they could've either put the other color, being yellow, or they could've mixed the two colors, making purple. But something tell me, Sora'd look abit funny in purple. :O;;
