I've read it, and be warned, the ending is different than in the musical and movie. The Phantom actually does have a name. surprised

I started to read it, but aren't a big fan of the style, you know like how it's all like someone who's finding out what happened. Find it rather dull sad

JollyHoliday I've read it, and be warned, the ending is different than in the musical and movie. The Phantom actually does have a name. surprised well of course the phantom has a name! the movie, and musical just don't say it alot. the name is Eric.

I just got the book, but haven't had the chance to start reading it yet, I really hope I get to soon though!! It looks pretty good, and I'm interested in comparing it against the 2004 movie.

The Phantom actually does have a name. surprised well of course the phantom has a name! the movie, and musical just don't say it alot. the name is Eric. it's Erik, not Eric. sorry, i get bothered by that for some weird reason.... sweatdrop and yup! i have read the Leroux version AND the Susan Kay version, love them both heart but i have to admit that Leroux's version is a little hard to read, but the ending is so good! and sad, too. crying

I don't know how it ends yet, I'm only on chapter 4!!! sad to much homework!! They never give you time to read anymore in classes. Which is probably why I almost failed classes last year because I was reading... sweatdrop I've heard that Erik dies though....

now if i told you the ending, it wouldn't be as fun to read! my friend didn't tell me when she lent it to me, so i can't tell you the ending.
though it's such an awesome ending!!

nah, it wont~! it didn't kill me! blaugh though it took me only a day to finish cause i was going crazy 3nodding *sighs* but i still LOVE that book! heart
