I couldn't believe my eyes but apparently the artist Kazuya Minekura made a doujin and even though it's not in the ACTUAL series the fact she made a doujin about that pairing means she supports it and it is most likely canon in the anime and manga! YAY! Check out the proof! heart

I had that doujinshi and It's not write on cover that it's Minekura's work. Maybe I make mistake but I think It's only doujinshi fan saiyuki's. Great done doujinshi

It's from a doujin. A well drawn one, but if you're a detail whore and totally obsessed you can tell by Sanzos hand that it's not real Minekura.
