I have always wondered why.... "Why have a Yaoi topic, with no love for the opposite side?" I mean, I love Yaoi as much as the fan boys and fan girls of it, but, I just love this one.

I have to say, my two favorite Yuri couplings gotta be TifFie, and TifAeris.

It's one of those couplings that just makes you go, "..... Damn...." you know? I mean, both of Vincent's loves, falling in love with each other? That'd be DAMN awkward...

Like how I like Sakura/Ino from Naruto... Sasuke loses his fangirls because they fall for each other, finally....



Acutually, I just never saw YuffiEris. Of course, I'm far-sighted... Bad joke, bad joke... Um...

With TifFie, Tifa is somewhat of a motherly figure to Yuffie, and they get close. With TifAeris, the two... Just come on! I mean, the two lovers of Cloud eventually getting with each other, just too hard not to see...

Saight, Saight... You were able to explain it better than me... Glad to know you as a friend, man.
You know? I always thought of the Elena/Yuffie coupling, you know? You know?!
I mean, remember when both of them were kidnapped by the Don? So, you know they met there.
They've both got really closely related personalities and life roles in their teams. Yuffie was the girl who was a bit annoying at times, but always worked to do her job. Same with Elena; even though she's a bit ditzy at times, she still tries her hardest, and still works for the team.

It's just really cute to think of, you know?

TifaxAerith is my secret OTP (well, one of them, anyways xd )! Sorry to say, but Cloud is a tad dense (you'll notice it if you play through the game) and both girls can't wait forever. Well, they could if they really wanted to, but they could also decide that they like one another better than Cloud. There are actually a few very, VERY good fanfics on FF.Net (odd to say that, but it's true) concerning the pairing, and although I haven't finished reading one in particular, I am very pleased with what I've read thus far. It's not a typical yuri fic written by a horny fanboy (no offense to all fanboys out there who are horny, but you get what I mean) where it's all PWP. This fic is very plot oriented, and does a great job of keeping the characters in character, as far as I've read. The fic itself is well written, period, and is probably one of the best fanfics out there.

If I could only remember the title and author, I'd recommend it to all of you too. sweatdrop

Yuri pairings, regardless of who's involved, can work for me so long as it's presented in a fashion that I enjoy (which is usually beyond what I've seen fourteen year olds write sweatdrop ).

Heck, even if the fic isn't perfect, or the art not oh-so-awesome, I'll still entertain the idea in my mind, as I do with a lot of things.

But, I get what you mean. There are some really badly written fanfictions, I should know, I'm trying to write my own TifFie after I finish the Yaoi I'm doing to get a yuri fan art.... Odd, I know, but still...

But, you can't really blame us, you know? Just hormones, overly developed, rampaging hormones, making us think more about sex, and less about plot structure....


I HAVE seen some really well written lemons, and at times, would like it even if it wasn't a lemon, just because it's written that well... Going to have to remember to do that when I write my TifFie...


By the way, I gotta know, because I saw it when I read this AeriSeph lemon, "Playing with Fire," what in the crap is PWP?

PWP is an acronym, usually for "Plot? What Plot?" or "Porn Without Plot." At least, that's what I've seen it used for. razz I just know that if I read a fic marked with PWP, there's almost a 98% chance that it'll be pornographic, but with little or no plot to drive the story.

Now that I think of it, fourteen year olds do write decently. It's likely the twelve or younger range that comes to mind.

That is, unless the fourteen year olds or older in question failed English class. Then it shows. -_-;;;

I'm taking Eng. 1, but they had told me I should be in Honors English. Only reason I wasn't put in was because all the other people that were masters of English filled all the classes, so they dumped me there.

I think I write pretty well, my teacher tells me that, and I so far ahve an A there. I can write a good plot, it's just hard for me to do PWP, especially with Yaoi.... Because, everytime I write something like "Then Cloud ran his hand up Sephiroth's thigh," my own just starts twitching like mad, you know?
Sad because it's true...

But, I have been able to do Yuri every now and then. I can think up of some really nice positions and just HOW they actually got into it, but, I gotta ask you one question, SIC-Ness...

If I post a fanfiction, where a girl is sucking on another girls fingers and kissing their neck and nibbling their ear, will I be banned? Because, it's a BIT Lime-ish, but it's not a lemon, either

So long as the fic does not violate the Gaia T.O.S. or go beyond PG-13, then I'm fine with it. Kissing a lover's neck or ear is no biggie with me, although the sucking on finger thing is somewhat suggestive. So long as there is no explicit or heavily detailed sex and gore, I don't mind. If you're not sure about something, then give me a link to it, and I'll look it over.

Just make sure that if it does contain something bordering a lime, that you put a warning. Some people don't like reading anything remotely like that, while others are all for it and more. razz
