If it's all current power levels: Silver Surfer.
Storm's a non-entity in this fight.
Grey Hulk gets taken out by either Thor, Supes or SS it doesn't matter. GH's strength grows slower than with Savage Hulk and SS could easily just suck out the Gamma radiation and turn him back into Banner.
Superman goes down next as Thor is physically stronger right now and Surfer can absorb the Yellow Sunlight out of him or use some other energy manipulation to take him down. Or SS could just beat him down after his recent Galactus upgrade.
Thor goes down last.
That's how I see it.
