Everyday Combat by Lostprophets hits as Daniel Cross comes out to the ring with his valet, Kira Hunter.

"Ladies and gentlemen, please give a warm Detroit welcome to Daniel Cross and Kira Hunter!" the ring announcer says, almost drowned out by the huge heat Cross is recieving.

The crowd starts a "shut the f*ck up" chant before the promo even begins.

"Well, I'd expect that from the people who cheered the Tigers for twenty years when they sucked." Cross says, getting more cheap heat. "Well, tonight I'm here for one reason: the Invasion gold. Jed made the fatal mistake of challenging me to a match, and tonight I'm going to make sure that his mistake IS fatal. Jed wants to play games with me? He might as well play Russian Roulette; he'd be in better shape. I'm not here to win a match tonight. I'm here to destroy the High Flying Deadman."
