To reduce stress or help in a stressful situation:
Usually a charka cleaning will help get rid of some stress, I recommend doing this first-plus sometimes the build up energies in our head charka will actually cause a headache.
One thing I do that usually works pretty well is to make a list of all the things that are stressing you out, then divide them into two lists. One for the things you cannot change, one for the things you can. Take the list of things you cannot change and burn it (or bury it or throw it in the river (flush it down the toilet?) get rid of it in some way.) Think of all the bad stressors in your life going away as the list burn. (you could insert some cool little poem if you like here to help with that, but I'm just no good at the whole rhyming thing lol)
Then take the list of things you can change and write how you could change the situation next to the problem. Place this on your alter (or under you pillow works too) and take it out and read it every day to help solidify in your mind how you can change the things wrong in your life and make the stress go away.
Cross things off one at a time when they are no longer bothering you, then when they are all gone you will have made your life that much less stressful.
Another helpful thing is to burn a blue candle (for relaxation and peace) while you write up your lists-then a green one (for a little bit of luck and healing) while you work on your list of things you can change.
