Aremia
Synopsis Aremia is a large city in Terra (Earth). Angels, Demons, and their Seers reside here among a bountiful population of 'normal' humans. Whichever race dominates this land, will have quite an advantage in the war for the new Heaven. This is where many battles are fought, and it's where our story takes place.

Downtown Downtown, the heart of the city, is where it's all at. The streets are bustling with business; both the legal and not-so-legal kinds. The many high rise buildings in this area mimic the trees of a forest in the way they shoot up from the ground as tall-steel posts.
Businesses Large corporations take their stand here, including the massive internet company, Yoogle. Another big company that has an office in this area is Slapple. Major fast food chain Happy Diner seems to have a good front in the city as well. Demons and Angels fight to control these businesses, as doing so would help greatly for their causes.
Ups and Downs Downtown Aremia tends to be pretty bad with traffic. Public transportation is highly advised.

Other inter-city regions Within the city, there are many smaller communities. As a whole, Aremia is very diverse, being a home to all sorts of people. You're likely to find just about anything within the whole area. Here are just some of the bigger communites...
Tyvernia Up north, things aren't doing too well. Tyvernia holds some of the city's higher crime-rate locations, and it's definately an area you wouldn't want to wander around alone at night, or during the day for that matter. This would be what you'd call the slums of the city. Buildings are less than new and shiney, and graffiti can be seen on most walls here. The black market also seems to be fairly popular here. Watchout for the reigning gang here, the Kai Longs. They have a tight hold on this community, and control a lot of the businesses in the way a mafia might. They're far from friendly either. There's one other gang in the area, the Esaka Thirteen. These guys are a little more sociable, and have a better outlook for the people in the community, and they're currently trying to overthrow the Kai Longs.
Little Asia West of Downtown, Little Asia is a small community dedicated to all things Asian. The area is divided somewhat into more specific regions (Chinese in one area, Japanese in another, ect). Several of the buildings here have an Asian look about them, giving it all more 'flavor.' There's also a very nice theater here known as the Little Asia theater, which shows a variety of different things from Chinese Opera to Kabuki shows. Along with that, the streets occassionally are busy with various festivals, celebrating several Asian holidays and events.
Hourei Further west, is an area that contrasts quite a bit with Tyvernia. This is the place were all the rich people reside. Housing and the buildings in the area just seem so fresh and clean. And it's also where a few of the more sophisticated buildings are. There's a spendid art museum here, that has several original paintings from some very famous artists. The Grand Stage Concert Hall here is known as one of the greatest venues in the whole city as well. The crime rate here is fairly low, and any that goes on is usually busted before it gets far. Everything just has very good security. Even the best of criminals have great difficulty cracking through it.
Euro Town The west may have an Asian taste, but it's the east where you'll find some of the authentic European restaurants and businesses. As with Little Asia, Euro Town is divided up to some extent for several of the Eurpean Ethnicities, and the buildings reflect this. It's in this area that has the Richardson Museum, which is your general museum that covers a wide variety of things. It isn't too rare that schools would choose this location for a field trip.
Circuit Central If you need technology, you'll definitely find it in the southern area of Aremia. Stores here are often stocked with the latest gadgets, video games, and whatnot. And it isn't just the tech that goes about. There's several labs in the area for various scientific studies. The buildings here have a modern and sleek feel about them. As you might have expected, the Museum of Science and Industry is located here.

Parks Aremia has several parks scattered throughout the city. They're all well kept, and if you decide to walk your dog here, please clean up after them.
Rykzi Park This is the large park located in the southern regions of Aremia. It's got a small forest on the east side, as well as a pond. A few playgrounds are located here, and it's a nice place to have a picnic in. There's also a small zoo over in the west part of the park.
Ensei This park is a little bit more of a garden than an actual park, and it's located in the depths of Little Asia. It's filled with various beautiful Asian plants and flowers and has a few oriental-style gazebos.
Green greens A park located in Hourei. It's a place where several outdoor events are held, and pets are not allowed here at all.

Lake-side A good deal of the northwestern border is taken up by the Elesia Lake. The piers here is usually busy with various boating activities, and the beaches aren't too bad either.
Shark's Pier If you have a boat, chances are that it's going to park in this pier. Though fishing is fairly dominant here, there are other things going on, such as short cruises and so on. The pier gets its name from the fact that freshwater sharks have supposedly been caught frequently in this section of the lake.
Liosnell Bay Though it's not exactly on the lakeside, this small island further in is the home of a small military base. It's connected to the main city through a bridge, but access is usually pretty limited.

Suburbia The suburbs of Aremia are more or less like any other suburbian regions. They're quieter than the city, are more spacious, and are generally safer.
Hylind Park One of the bigger towns located southeast of the city. It's got a few golf courses which seem to be pretty popular around here. Hylind also has one of the top public highschools in this region.
Corola Hills A smaller community west of Aremia and south of the lake. This town has a 'small town' feel to it as it's slightly isolated and it really doesn't have that big of a population.
