It took me a while to understand why there was a 'RING' around the message. xd
But can anyone help me with these people?

You may want to check in my Beatrice Letter's research sticky. sweatdrop Might I ask what ring around what message? And as for the people are you referring to the Letters/images in TBL or something more to do with TUA?

xd I didn't know why there was only a message in that little bit of the foldout letter but then I realised that the RING was like a bell.
