This be a post haven for the offspring of Minty and Star Candy. Ask before you post please) Darkness. Then boom light as your eyes open to the world in front of you. Such a fun happening place as your little hooves dance on solid ground. Tossing your head about you strut here and there learning your place. So much to learn , so much to see, what an awesome life you shall lead.Looking about Cotton was getting his first intake of things outside the basket life. What joy it was to prance about now that his legs were alot stronger. A charming little one doned in his father's pink handsomeness melted like candy to his mother's green beauty. Striking with an irresistable charm about him, the little uni colt moved about here and there examining things from branches to fallen leaves.

Minty was standing, watching her offspring's roaming carefully. She was very aware the world was a darker place, and would not allow harm to befall her children. Still, they deserved the chance to play and explore. She stood watch, occasionally grzing on a bit of grass. "Don't go wandering too far."
Spearmint walked a bit slower, more careful, and nosed about, invesitgating anything that looked interesting. He had taken the blue from his father, and the sparkle in the socks as well - but they were green like his mother. He seemed a pefect mix of the two, if the odd colored one out.
"Heyyyy," he called out, trailing a little after Cotton. "Wait for meee." He flicked his head to get a strand of pink away from his eyes.

Cotton dipped his head up and down trotting playfully turning to look at the blue colt following him. It was a bit of a strangeness to have a shadow, yet it was his brother afterall.
Turning his head he chuckled and danced about with a little whinny that was hardly material to be full grown. More of a squeak than a deep sound. Still though he was having fun. "Fowow the leader." he called out moving about before he tripped over a secretly place rock. "Hey you..." he scolded with a tiny snort."

Spearmint trotted along after merrily, stopping though when Cotton nearly tumbled over. "Oooo...." he said, trotting over to look t what was being scolded. He lowered his head to nose the rock a moment before tapping it with one hoof experimentally. "No moving." He tapped it again, flicking his short tail and snorting. "No twipping him!"
He peered at Cotton, making sure his brother was alright. Even though he didnt' see Cotton all the time, he liked being around him.

Cotton lowered his ears and snorted with a squeak. He was quite unnerved by that rock that had no business being there. His brother who was his shadow always scolded things in his place. This made him giggle with glee as he wasn't the only one causing a scene for once.
"I walk trew here. Not yous." he scolded the rock again with a threat from his horn. Though aggressive with this particular rock, Cotton was indeed a charming little colt who held his head very high. His father's blood was strong in his little veins yet his heart was grand and his determination bold.

 Starcandy grinned. There was nothing like being surrounded by beautiful foals to make him proud. All sons. The knowledge still stunned him. All, beautiful and strong sons.
"We have out done ourselves, Minty", he commented as he walked up to the lovely mare. He wasn't sure if she would kick him or accept his presence. They had sired foals together but other than that, he hadn't really been around her. It seemed to have been a heated moment between them. He wanted to get to know the mother of his gorgeous sons, though.Mint Candy came charging around his mother's side, chasing after a butterfly. "Let me at 'im, let me at 'im", he growled. Still on wobbly legs, he haphazardly chased the butterfly for a few more feet before giving up to rest. "I'll get choo one day!" Minty turned his head to watch his brothers.

Her ears perked, and she turned her head to look at him, feeling a slight rush of emotion as she saw him. Even now, after gearing children, it still didn't change that feel of something when she was near him. Probably admiration, and a bit of awe still yet.
Much as the sudden pregnanvy had been a surprise, by now she'd come to accept the fact, and ... well, who could argue she didn't like the foals and family she had now? "Definitely," she said, smiling a bit. "It... was a bit of a surprise, but... I'm content in a way. It's like a dream." Mostly, she added, recalling actually having to birth. A little pain for the pleasure though. "I was surprised, to say the least, to bear three sons." She winked at him then, laughing slightly. Least she'd managed to survive all the teasing from Zikeria. If only she'd known Star Candy. Then she'd understand.
Spearmint perked at the sound of more voices, distracted a moment from taking on the rock by the sound of his father and brother. "Wha?" He clopped around a moment, watching the butterfly. When Mint Candy failed, Spearmint giggled a bit. "Hiiiii~" he called out, almost stumbling voer himself in a short excited dance.

Cotton was absorbed in his "rock scolding" till he heard the bold sound of his handsome father. Perking his ears he stood tall letting his little spiral stick out so his father noticed him. There was thoughts that ran in the colt's mind of why his brothers didn't have one. He just considered himself special and that was that.
Trotting now in an akward stance he neared his brothers and parents with a little whinny in greeting. They just had to be his mom and dad cause they looked like all of them. Noticing Mint Candy he whinnied yet again with a big smile on his charming little face.
