((-doesn't feel like coming up with a spiffy intro-))
Adele strode into the ring, chin held high and eyes completely serious. She knew very well that she was at a great disadvantage, and while she still had faith in herself, this knowledge was enough to made her more than a little nervous. The thought of being down in Dassan's dungeon with the other losers, having no idea what was to happen...it gave her chills. The Golden Thunder drake, however, merely stopped in the ring and looked towards her opponant.

Toden steps out soon after the female did, wearing his fashionable oldfashioned clothing. A deep red shirt that seemed from old France hung loose around his torso, black leather pants and comfortable boots finished it off. The outfit made his skin seem paler and his red eyes brighter. His tail comes around his waist and hisses angrily at their opponent, dark scales glittering slightly.
The Oblivion sighs, wings shuffling slightly. "Ignore him. He's a pain in the a**. Good luck today." He does a half bow, scanning the crowd for his family. He didn't mind loosing, but if it meant he was to be tortured instead of a female, so be it. Though if he won, he'd have no second thoughts as he fought the next battle.

Aiden had made his way to the stands, knowing that his father was working on a Frat party for the guys, and also knowing that his father, strong though he may be, couldn't stand the thought of watching his mate fight and risk loosing and . . . possibly worse. He had been getting a headache sensation from Celeste since she had gone and wasn't feeling too good about the entire thing. He watched anxiously to see how the match would unfold.

Adele smiled kindly to the other one, giving a sort of half-bow herself. "I won't...and good luck. Don't hold back or anything." she said, giving the same words that her son had given to his earlier opponant. With those words said, she shifted to shoot a shockwave towards Toden. "Thunder roar!"
Toden: 100/100

"Same goes for you."
Toden then leaps into the air, using both sets of wings to lift him above the attack by the other. He slashes down his staff towards the girl, shouting as his tail hissed.
"Reaper Slash!"

Adele shifted a little from the stab of pain she felt, but quickly recovered. She shot the attack at Toden again, eyes resolute as she proclaimed the attack's name. "Thunder roar!"

The Oblivion swerves to the side, barely making it past the second attack. His tail hisses in delight as Toden shouts again, swinging the staff in his hands to the side.

Adele, a bit more aware this time, swerved to the opposite side as the staff swung down and struck where she had just been. She looked at Toden, an amused gleam just barely in her eyes, as she proclaimed her attack again. "Thunder roar!"

Toden winces and drops to the ground, landing a little clumsly. He regains his balance, wings furled slightly to leap into the air or dash to the side if need be.
"Reaper Slash!"
This time he used his hand, flinging the attack at the other.

((It's all good. xD))
Adele didn't recover as quickly when she was hit by that attack. A gasp of pain slipped from her lips as she held a hand to her stomach, where the staff had struck her. The feeling of blood on her hand was unmistakable, but she dared not look down. Instead, she fired her attack at Toden again. "Thunder roar."
Toden: 70/100

The attack rips open the sleeve of his left arm, a gash showing freely now on the flesh, the blood shockingly bright against the white skin. His eyes flared brightly at the scent of blood from both, his tail hissing gleefully.
"Reaper Slash." His tail did the 'honors' this time, blasting the attack from it's mouth.

"Agh!" Adele touched her arm, where the attack had injured her now. She was weakening. She wasn't going to win, and she knew it. But still...still, she had to try. She looked up at Toden, aiming her hand at him as she shot out a shockwave again. "Thunder roar!"
Toden: 70/100.

Aiden watched on anxiously from the stands. Toden was beating his mom with apparent ease. He stood up and started pacing . . . he wasn't sure if he could watch for too much longer.
