I need you guys very badly. Not for myself, but for my beloved.

All throughout his school life, he's been beat down by everyone, including the staff. The last two years of high school were the worst. The principal and vice principal were horrible to him, more than ever. He graduated last year, and was thankful to be away from that... to put it bluntly, hellhole. Honestly, it's what it is. Corrupt and twisted.

Anyway, he recently went to visit the art teacher at the high school, because he's very good friends with her. When he got home (or back to work, I forget), he found out that there was a policeman looking for him! gonk Apparently, the vice prinipal pressed charges on him because he supposedly threatened him. I knew it wasn't true. Well, he had a chat with the policeman (I forgot to mention the police in this area are corrupt as well). They saw his weapons, his knives and swords, and thought the worst. My guy collects weapons! He is pretty good with a knife, but he would never stab anyone! gonk They saw his drawings, which are, on average, of a dark or depressing nature (not dark as in Satanic xp ), and took those out of context too. And I don't remember everything he told me about this, but none of the details were good. There has been threats made to the school via e-mail, and a very bad MySpace profile found. But my guy's computer was killed by a virus, and he hasn't been able to afford a new one. Plus, he's not even on MySpace! But they think it's him because he's the only "suspect". Now his case has been reported to the DA, and if convicted, they're gonna put a warrent out for his arrest. crying

He's innocent! He didn't do anything! I say this with my whole heart and soul because I know it's true! The vice principal is a horrible, horrible man! And so is everyone else involved! I have no idea why this is happening just out of the blue! I need you guys to help me pray that everything will be okay, and that the police will find the real person behind all this. Please help me! cry

I shall keep this in my prayers until this entire thing is sorta out!

Heavenly Father

I just lift James up to you right now. I pray that you will put a hedge of protection around him. I pray also that you will grant him uncommon favour in the eyes of those around him and that the hearts of his persecuters will be convicted by your Holy Spirit. I pray that whatever James says, he will not speak from his own min, but it is Your Holy Spirit Who will speak on his behalf, granting him victory over his situation.

In Jesus' holy and precious name I pray.

People jump to conclusions to many times... I hope that the right thing happens.

I know it sounds fishy, but it's true. He did nothing. A lot of people where we live have shady backgrounds. Everything is corrupted. Me and him, and some of the other school outcasts aren't allowed on school grounds after we've graduated. However, preps, jocks, and basically kids who are more popular, they can come eat, walk in without signing in at the office, and even interrupt classes just to chat with the teacher. They even bring their babies! eek And it's perfectly ok for them. There's even a few kids who are known drug addicts that are welcomed with open arms. The police saw my guy's drawings because they came to his house, and he invited them in, just to show he had nothing to hide.

Praise God he hasn't been taken to jail or anything. But he did have to go down to the police station recently and sign something saying he could no longer go onto school property or it would be considered criminal tresspass, and he would be tossed in jail. This means he cannot even RIDE in the car past school property. If he's found on school property, he can be detained by the faculty until police arrive. He can't attend any school function. He cannot even see his little sister graduate.

I can't tell you why the vice-principle and cops are out to get him, because I DON'T KNOW! eek I cannot comprehend the workings of evil on that level. It is beyond me. But I do know my fiance has done nothing to diserve this grave injustice. I know his heart, his mind, his soul, more than almost any living being on the planet. He would never do anything worthy of this "punishment", and so, I can only conclude it is the workings of Satan, because James is a God-fearing man, and even moreso after this summer.
