This was a really great kind of dark Sci-fi I really enjoyed it is about these two thieves these thieves are not in any way related to the title and the setting is This city where anything is possible it is constantly rearagged by probalitiy storms created by this so called "storm Thief" Like these storms do anything they can turn buildings into people, people into glass a cheese burger into a dounut anything it also proved some very interesting points about humand nature in general and it is very good I highly recomend this book! 3noddingheartheart

Oh! I really want to read this book. It looks really interesting. What kind of book is it exactly? Is it an adventure? Obviously it's sci-fi/fantasy, but what else is in it?
