*Gaunt walked through the streets on his way to the park. He had to admit that living here was pretty annoying, but he had to do what he had to do. He shrugged as he held the bundle in his arms gently, smiling down at the little baby in his arms. He coudln't beleive he was lucky enough to be chosen, but he wasn't about to let a good thing pass him by. At least, he hoped it was a good thing. He soon arrived at the park, finding a nice and quiet place to sit down at. He watched the other children play on the playground toys; some older ones were playing soccer not far away.*

Ancelin was sitting on a swing slowly rocking back and forth. Her hands held onto the chain that she had already scrubbed clean with an SoS pad, and her feet where kicking at the rubber padding.
She let out a sigh before she looked up, and then blinked once, then twice, then three times... That guy looked really familiar. Ancelin frowned and stood up, before walking up.
"Mister, do I know you?" She asked, tilting her head. He looked like someone she met when she was little...
"Are you one of Shi-shi's friends?"

*He blinks, then smiles softly as he reaches out and ruffles Ancelin's hair with his unoccupied arm* My, Ancelin, you sure have grown since I last saw you. Yeah, I'm one of Shi-Shi's friends, thought we really havn't talked much at all lately.

Ancelin winced and pulled back at her hair being ruffled, before she quickly pulled out a comb from her pocket and fixed the bangs back to neat and orderly perfection. She wasn't a child! Okay... She didn't want to be treated like one at least.
"I would guess not. Ever since she got arrested, and then disapeared for all those months. She hasn't talked to anyone." She said, before she tilted her head sideways.
"You've got a baby? It looks like a Sin."

*He blinks and looks shocked. His change of mood made Kurinae fuss a bit, and he was soon rocking her to help her quiet down. He turned his attention back to An, frownign about* Wh.. what happened.. exactly?

Ancelin cocked her head to the side, before she crossed her arms. That was a good question, actually.
"Well.. Uh... As far as I know, she knocked up her girlfriend named Indu." Jani's mother. "And she got in trouble with it with her higher ups. So they arrested her. And then she was gone for a long time. When she came back, Gabriel and Vin-vin where gone. And Tenshi's wings where ripped off. And she was human. She then disapeared for like, six months, and didn't so much as leave a word for us kids." she then paused, shrugging.
"She came back a little bit ago. But she's pregnant now. And she isn't too friendly, she baerly talks to us kids anymore."

*He nodded and frowned softly, still rockign the fussing Kuriane. His eyes were unfocused as he kinda stared at the ground in front of Ane. He then sighed softly and shook his head* Wow.. a.. lot happened..

Ancelin nodded her head slowly as she continued to stare at the baby. She knew that kid was one of her own. No other creatures looked quiet as odd as the sin.
"Yeah. Sesshomaru said she's tried to kill herself a few times, but it never worked. Said she can't be killed till the babies are born, or something." she said, and while she did sound careless, it was because An had other things on her mind. Like Jani. Argh, Jani.

*He nodded as his mood kept getting lower and lower, his frown deepening, making Kuri fuss a little more. He sighed softly and shook his head. He tried to smile, but it was pretty obviously half-hearted*
I've been away for so long.. I'm.. sure.. that there are happier things happening? What else has been going on..?

Ancelin tried to think. Good news? Uh... Er...
"Not really." She said, bluntly. She then sighed.
"My best friend whom I've known since I was a baby has gone off to boarding school after telling me she's in love with me. And I never realised it. But I think I might love her back. But she's such a dirt ball, and I hate dirt! And we got in a fight, but I don't want her to be angry with me. Especially when I don't know my feelings on the situation, and it's like, really, really frustrating." Ancelin said, talking quiet quickly. She then let out a sigh, wings drooping. Before she reached out and poked the fussing babies forhead.
"Shush."

*He smiles softly and tilts his head, as he gets a rather cute idea. This change of mood makes Kuri seem to stop fussing, though she glares daggers at Ane for beign told to sush. Gaunt tilts his head and grins*
I have an idea. Why don't you write her a letter? I bet she doesn't get very many letters anyway. You can straighten things out, and give her something that'll brighten her day.

"I've already sent five, and she hasn't replied to any of them." An said with a sad sigh as she looked to couples walking in the park. It just seemed odd.
"I can't believe I'm even confused on the matter. I mean... Just... Argh! It's Jani!" she said with a whine, before she straitened her arms out at her side.
"She's so dirty, and filthy, and she's always hanging outside in the dirt, and she's got that scar on her face that makes her look dangerous, but she's adorable, and she's funny, and she's always there for me, and." An was going off her chosen topic, it seemed.

It seems that you're learning an important lesson in life, An. Even though you like things to be clean and orderly, that's not what gives value to people. What gives people value is how they behave, and what they mean to you.
*Well, that might not have been neccisarily true, it was just one of those concepts that was hard to put into words.*

Ancelin kept a slight frown and nodded her head, before she tilted it to the side.
"I guess your right. But if we where to be together I'd be washing her every day and it'd get on her nerves." She then shrugged, before she looked back down at the baby.
"Baby. Where'd you get it?"

If you truely love eachother, the differences can be worked out. Its something a lot of people have to try to work though, and the refusal to settle for anything less than absolute conformity is one of the reasons why the divorce rate is so high around here.

I just got little Kuriane. She was delivered to me early this morning. I am really honored that I am allowed to take care of her..
