Myoa flew across a field of wildflowers, loving her bird's eye view. The splotches of red, orange, and yellow were even more beautiful at hundreds of feet in the air. She laughed contently, descending into the field. She breathed deeply, the fresh aromas swirling around her. This was life, and she felt free!

Arro walked slowly across the field, bound to the earth, unlike the green mare that flew above him. He started humming a weakly cheerful tune, but it sloped down into a sad and slow one, until he eventually stopped humming.
A little red butterfly fluttered around him. He'd been thankful for the little red butterfly, it kept him company. He dreaded the day when it eventually died...

Myoa saw the aqua stallion, she recognized him as Arro. However, this was not the Arro she knew. Arro was supposed to be happy, hyper, and jublient, but now..now he was depressed. "Arro?" Myoa asked, "Something wrong?"
She remembered Cualtzin's words to her the other day. She knew it was not her place to say anything about the matter, but still, could she help Arro cheer up, at least a little bit, annd for a little while?

Arro looked up, and saw a familiar green mare flying towards him. "Hello Myoa...." he said softly. "Just....reflecting." he said rather sadly, looking down.

Myoa didn't know how to help him. Was it possible to help him? yes, it had to be. "Arro, cheer up." She whispered softly. Well, it was a start.

Arro smiled. So faintly, barely there. But still, it was a smile. "You know something, Myoa? I'd give everything I have...give it all away...just to be able to forget..."

A smile was a start, however..."Memories are to be cherished, even if they are bad. I've had a terrible foalhood, but when I look back, I still see the bright points." It was true, it had taken years, but Myoa could finally see the light in her dark past. Of course, she wasn't going to tell Arro that it had taken her so long, nor that she just got over it...

Arro sighed lightly. "I just wish I didn't feel like....like I missed something." he said softly. The butterfly floated around him, landing on his ear. Arro gave it a flick, but let it stay.

"Give yourself a chance, if you missed something, who knows? Maybe there's a make-up day." Myoa really, really didn't know how to help Arro. How could one heal a broken heart? With love, but, what if love is what broke the heart in the first place? With time, and then love? Myoa didn't know, but she definitly didn't want Arro to take years, like she did.

Arro looked up at her. "Make up day? What do you mean?" he asked curiously, unknowing what this could mean. "I could apologize for whatever I did wrong. I always knew there would be a 50/50 chance....just I didn't know it'd hurt this much."

Myoa nodded encouragingly. "If you missed something, you should get another chance. Any chance is a chance, and you shouldn't waste any chance you get. If it hurst so much, won't it hurt more when you don't try?"

Arro nodded slightly at her words. "I'll shall await that chance like the desert awaits the rain, patiently and loyally." he said with a slight nod. "And this time....I won't do anything wrong...but I just need to learn what'd I'd done wrong before..."

"Are you sure you did something wrong, in the first place?" Myoa knew she was pushing it, but a sad Arro? Unbelieveable! Still, she supposed he has a right to be depressed...

"Well, I don't think I did anything wrong. But...Jeevita...she never even told me why. She just chose Lonatos...and then....that's it." he said softly.

Myoa exclaimed, "Jeevita chose Lonatos? Are you sure? Without telling you? That's not Jeevita." Jeevita was very honest and fair, in Myoa's opinion. If she did choose Lonatos as her mate, she would give a reason to Arro.
