The way I see it:
Apocalypse goes down first.
Superman is taken out by Silver Surfer
Galactus ignores them all and then calls his herald back and leaves to devour a planet.
That's assuming Surfer was still employed by Galactus but yeah that's how it would work.
He is. He went back to Galactus in Annihilation and got a power boost from it.
I'm assuming we are using their current levels for this right? If this were an earlier version of Surfer he might have some trouble with Supes but would still win. (Except for Marvel Zombies Surfer, he would get owned) At current levels though Surfer annihilates them. (No pun intended.)
The only way SS and Galactus wouldn't win is if it's either the Marvel Zombies versions or SS is severely drained and Galactus is REALLY hungry at the start of the fight.
