I've been wondering actually...
Where did Sephiroth get his silver hair and green eyes? HIs mommy has brown hair and brown eyes (Lucrecia). His daddy(eew) has black hair and black eyes (hojo).
So where? Father side, mother side, or alien side (Jenova)?

White hair is a mystery to us all. Possibly a result of the experiments that may have been carried out on Sephiroth by Hojo when he was born.
Green eyes probably come from the Mako showering Sephiroth received as a member of SOLDIER.

The eyes are Make Eyes, as for the hair, I don't know, too much shampoo?

I suspect that his unique characteristics are a result of the Jenova cells. You'll notice that the SHM have the same white hair and green eyes.

You know what I bet? The green eyes were a result of either the Jenova cells in his body, or the large amount of Mako he recieved working in SOLDIER.
As for the silver hair, bet you ANYTHING it was just given to him because it looked cool. I mean, long silvery hair, it just looks awesome. Probably something that can't be explained but still looks cool... Weird that his eye brows are also silver, so that takes out the idea of him dying it like Rufus does, spending thousands of dollars just to get his hair perfect.

I dunno I think a lot of his characteristics are recieved from Jenova.
You know how they say humans are more weak and vulnerable at their
early stages in life and just about ANYTHINgG will affect them??
(( e.g.: cut a child's hair off before they turn one yr old and they'll be mute
for life??? *Square likes to put things related to life
experinces in their games* ))
Yeah well i think that the Jenova cells placed in Sephiros while
he was in Lucrecia's womb had an even bigger impact on Sephiros
than anyother Soldier exposed to Mako or Jenova's cells razz

Sephiroth was perfectly normal up until the point where Hojo began to inject him with Jenova cells. Most, if not all mutations will occur while the fetus is still developing in the womb. You know, kind of like how a baby will seem normal for the first few months of development, but suddenly along the line something happens, like a part of the baby stops developing, or does so but not completely/correctly. Knowing this, it should not come as a surprise that Jenova's cells had an effect, a physical one at that (since at this point Sephiroth is still developing quite a bit) on Sephiroth. In the newer scenes that include Jenova, like those from Advent Children, they show that she has silver hair when Sephiroth goes up to cut her head off in Nibelhiem. Sephiroth likely recieved his silver hair from her, although he still bears a greater resemblence to Lucrecia than Hojo.
The green glow in his eyes could be due to Mako, since Cloud's eyes, although blue, did have a particular greenish glow to them at times. His cat like pupils are likely also due to Jenova, like the hair is.

OK I am apsolutely possitive on this that Sephiroth got his gens how ever you spell that from Jenova all is jenova and Hogo because he's a sick b*****d. Its kinda like when they have a girl have someone elses baby they take the egg from Jenova is who they did and the sperm from hogo and they put it all into Lucrecia.

why well hojo is a fof nut
as his mother want see him hoj said no dont be foolish let do the experment that why hojo desves to know as sick mother ********

if you remmber the sprite within all this started this a planet whitch blow up and a meteor charst to form (all final fantasy) that were the word mechia come from and albeh the tribe in ff7 the game on ps1.
