Roy: Of course dogs embody loyalty! They follow thier masters commands above all else! Be a jerk to them and they don't complain and they never beg for a paycheck! Trust me feury they're the great servents of man! Loyal canine hound we salute the HAHAHAHAHA!- Roy Mustang Ep 13 I nearly died laughing during that scene, it's one of my favourite episodes ^_^ Another good Roy moment from the second game: Edward: "Colonel... What would you make of this ring?"
Mustang: "Hm? What is it?"
Edward: "I just said it`s a ring.."
Mustang: "I`m sorry... but i can`t accept this as a gift from another man..."
Edward: "AAAAAAAAGH!!! It`s not a gift, you moron!!"

any phone conversation between roy and hughes always made me laugh. Poor hughes...
Episode 37 has a lot of good moments in it too, maybe not famous quotes, but I was laughing during the entire episode.

Most of the ones that have been said, miniskirt army, babies aren't born after 5 months etc.
Hmm, other ones...
Anything that involves Ed's reaction to being called short...
I likes the scene where Ed lists all of the elements in thr human body, not funny, but... Kind of creepy in a facinating way.
Uh, brain not working, if I think of more I'll post. ninja
