(2) Hello, I am Layla of Moontide. I have lived in this town since the last week of July 2006. The animals have been friendly and I have led a good life here... I have to take care of the town, which makes me wonder what Tortimer is for... but anyway, it's a living.
I live alone in my home, which currently has two rooms-which means I've payed off two loans from Nook's! It's hard work and the loans just seem to keep growing... sweatdrop

Today I cleaned up the town after a few days of absence. Two friends came over after we opened the gate, Trisha and Luke. Trisha is an old friend, whom the animals in this town have deemed "bug-buddy". Luke was new and as far as I could tell, was not there to socialize with the townies, but check out Nook's shop and the Sable Sister's shop.
Oh yes, Katrina also visited my town today. She's very greedy, wanting 10k for a cleansing! Bah, says I!
Anyway, nothing unusual happened today, except when Luke disappeared and it seemed the town reset 15 minutes earlier... But we resolved for that to never happen again.
