I know that some of us haven't seen Faiz from beginning to end but that's good... because according to the Toku Experience thread, we seem to be around the same spot anyway. whee
What are your opinions of Faiz following the opening twelve or eighteen episodes that you've seen?
Personally, I think the first eighteen episodes of Faiz have been better than the first eighteen of Blade. That's not to say that Blade isn't good, just that Faiz is a tad better. whee
So much drama goes into everything and every fight that I've been able to see, it actually means something. Well, except for the odd one or two which there is some form of meaning to... but just not really enough to make it juicy.
I think the saddest moment in the series thus far is when Kiba was chasing after his prior memories, tears flooding down his face. I'm not really the emotional kind of guy... but that really got to me. He'd been out for two years and when he came back, everything was ruined.
Heh, you know, I was REALLY surprised at Kusaka's character. I'd heard that he was a complete b*****d-like individual... but this was NOTHING compared to what I was thinking he'd do. I expected Masato to just be plain mean and such... but no, the manipulating one does SO much more. Poor Takumi! gonk
... anyway, don't want to say too much otherwise I'll be stuck for replies when other people come along. So yar, take it away! biggrin

I have definately been impressed with Faiz so far (12 eps in -- haven't gotten around to watching the others yet).
As you stated, the drama is the key -- so much happens in each episode that it's hard not to keep going. smile
I've only seen one episode of Blade, so I can't really comment on that one.

Yep, same as you guys, I absolutely love the dramas in Phi's. You can tell how it would appeal to older audiences because even if you take away the costumes, you still have a pretty decent show going 3nodding

I can't remember the username off-hand but he appears a respectable fellow in PM conversation.

Dammit, I want to see some Kamen Rider! I don't understand how to download the episodes though. They're not available on Kazaa, are they?

Well today I watched the 50th episode of Faiz and I gotta say,the series should have been longer!!! Also if anyone wants to see all of the episodes I can provide them with a playlist on youtube with episodes 1-50.
So has anyone seen the movie of it other than me?

Faiz was probably my favorite overall. They all were cool in their own ways however. Faiz only manages to be cooler due to his Accel form which I thought was awesome at the time.

I just watched the Faiz: Paradise Lost movie on the weekend. I haven't watched the series, though.
All I have to say about the movie is: AWESOME! Great special effects, plenty of fighting, lots of henshin. It may very well be the best Toku experience I've had.
It was lots of fun.
