Hi. I'm new to the guild, but I have plenty of experience with DC and Marvel. However, I've got something to ask related only to the former.
Halloween is in 26 days from today (30-4=26, I don't count the 31st itself), and I'm thinking of going as a DC character. Not just any DC character, though--I want to honor the memory of a forgotten character (Ex.: Amazing Man, the Ray, or Doll Man). If you know of any obscure DC comics superheroes, let me know, and if I think I can do a costume based on one, I'll put it on the list below. Thanks.
Current Choices: -Black Condor I

If you mean Slade, he's actually way more well known now. Sorry.

He's not there, so I'm guessing he's either really, really, REALLY obscure, or he's a Marvel character. If it's the latter, I asked for DC characters. Sorry if you didn't understand.

Miracleman is pretty famous. Issue 15 fundamentally changed the face of comics.
Oh, god yes. Uncle Marvel for the win.

Steph Brown Somehow, when you say 'Obscure' I think 'Miracleman' Is he obscure? Go as Uncle Marvel Miracleman (If I'm thinking of the same character isn't DC. Had a lawsuit over him from DC but he's not a DC character. Ambush Bug would be a fairly easy costume. If you really wanna screw with people you could do Arm-Fall-Off-Boy... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v120/zatara2000/armfalloffboy.jpg

Ravonic If you mean Slade, he's actually way more well known now. Sorry. if by Slade you mean the Teen Titan cartoon villian his real name is Deathstroke. Why they changed it I have no idea. But Deathstroke would own "Slade" any day of the week. BUt anyway here are some forgotten characters: Pied Piper The Comedian Peacemaker Heckler Neptune Perkins And believe me these guys are obscure as they get.

Deathstroke's real name is Slade. I guess they just figured 'Deathstroke' would be a bit...heavy for a show as vapid and cutesy as TT.
