Original Spell: To heal hydrophobia a warlock decided to create a potion that, if consumed, could turn the drinker into quite the swimmer. The main ingredients were a fish, to enhance swimming ability, but also human blood, to maintain the characteristics of a human.
What went wrong: The warlock used a pregnant fish, therefore receiving more fish dosage than human blood
