Dreamwave (or should that have been 'NIGHTMAREwave'...?) deserved to go under! It's the poor artists who have been left high and dry by those money-grubbing #%~&*^@$ that you should be shedding a remorseful tear for...
Hmm, nice art here, though. Good find!

I've seen these. Kind of reminiscent of his original web based comic that he did before DW.

You mean Macromasters? Not an association I would have instantly drawn, but a fair enough call, I suppose. Yeah, I was rather looking forward to the prospect of a Beast Wars comic too, but to hell with the publisher that would have brought it out. Bah!

Unfortunately the third page didn't work by the time I clicked it.
Anybody else think it be Hasbro's loss not to produce Dons Macromasters Toys?
I mean for customs he made so really cool stuff, and I'm pretty darn sure allot of fans would love to get their hands on them even if they didn't know what MacroMasters were.

Well, as far as I'm concerned, Armada Jetfire and Energon Grimlock are derived from Don's work. There are several others that feature similarities to the custom designs of Mr. Figueroa, but I forget exactly which ones...
Yeah, I couldn't get link #3 to work either, but I wasn't going to say anything. The same argument can be used for Don's War Within designs, or those he came up with for the WWII-themed G.I. Joe vs. Transformers series. He's a most prolific creator, to be sure. Hasbro would do well to knock on this gentleman's door, methinks.

Cybertron StarScream I think is also his design.

Well that was an obvious one - how ever did I manage to overlook Starscream?! Ugh, I need sleep...
