Most of you have seen this already but I didn't have any fanart or fanfic to offer so I figured this is close enough. ^^ At a con this year my best friend and I went as FoxBox Casey and April, and NO ONE knew who I was. *L* People recognized him but not me. sweatdrop Ooooh well. Still I had fun and I got to carry Leo around with me which was very cool. And forgive my lack of makeup in the last two pictures they were "trial run" ones and sadly some of the best I have. *L*  Now my hair is more like old school April but still... no. No banana suit for me. whee

MysticMew2 OMG... I can't believe no one knew who you were! You were a great representation of FoxBox April. And I love the Leonardo doll you're carrying there. wink Yay! He's very groovy but his katana kept falling out (and those things are pointy!) so I ended up just keeping them in my room. I'd have been VERY upset if I lost them.

Ahhh! It is April O' Neil! Ladyavila, you really do look like April, I'm surprised as well that nobody recognized you to be playing her role... Casey Jones I noticed right off the bat. Haha, mabye you should get the "banana suit!" Put a decal saying "Channel 6" news on the lapel, and voila! There you have the costume! Speaking of costumes..... Halloween is coming up! What are everyone's plans for Halloween? I'm too old to trick or treat, so I might as well go scare off the little kids with my dracula outfit... whee

Awesome April costume!!! Which Convention was that? I've done a handful this year, a few of them I've even wore my Turtle costume too. At Anime Next I had two April's with me... one was wearing the yellow jump suite with the spinning 6 from "Sercet Origins". Hehe smile This is one of the April's... hehe she really was my camera person when I was in costume too! And she's a really good friend of mine, I've known for years online...  HorseTurtle as April O'Neil dressed up like a reporter... from Channel 9... er 6 *G* This is our other April, she disappeared early on in the weekend, but I did get at least this one picture of her while we were in line to see the voice actors for Leo, April, Casey and the Garbageman.  Lisardo as April O'Neil. Just thought I'd share a few more Aprils. I love doing conventions and dressing up like characters so if you ever want to meet up for a convention to have a Turtle jumping around... just let me know. ([;{-) One last picture of me in my Turtle Costume with HT as April. This one is on the Anime Next Web site.

dburger I would love to go to a con if I ever get the chance, but again, I'm on the East Coast and not too many conventions are held here... If ever one comes up within the vicinity of Maryland, Virginia, or Delaware, let me know and I'll be there! I know many are held in NY, which is a considerable drive from here. =_= Well as I mentioned before the convention I'm pushing for a good meet up would be Anime Next which is right outside of NYC in NJ. It's a GREAT convention, needs more staff so if anyone is looking for a free way in volunteer to work the convention... I hear you get free room, free way into the convention, and free food! Just need to get out there. The best thing about this conventions is the guest. So far every year they've held the convention Michael S. (Leonardo's voice) has been there. And with other voice actors like Marc (Casey Jones) and Mike P. (Garbageman/Jack Kirby) being there the last two years in a role. Wayne Grayson (Michelangelo) was there in 2003, and Veronica Taylor (April) was there this last June. To me this is a sure bet for TMNT guest to be there this upcoming June as well. Wayne would of came this last June (even was on the guest list) but he got into a play which required him to perform that weekend.

You mean the arcade in general? It's still in the process of being finished, wiring and all that crap. Actually... wiring is all that crap. It's currently in the dining room with our Fable display because y'know... why wouldn't we have that in the dining room? whee I wish we'd get a TMNT display at work, I would SO take that home. The best I can hope for is maybe a DOA one or something. (I don't even play that game, I just like the characters... and yes I'm a girl... what?) As far as Halloween goes I'm dressing up! No Trick or Treating but I'll probably go to work in costume. I figure I'll dress as Heather from Silent Hill 3 since I got my hair cut quite similar to her's and I have the costume from last year. The skirt is a little short for work but oh well I'll just wear my "workout" shorts underneath it. (NO they aren't spandex. Eeeeew.)

Okay either you're on the TMNT Live Journal community or someone else was really impressed and posting your pictures. xd 'Cause I KNOW I've seen that last one before. VERY cool. Very VERY cool. Sadly the only con we end up going to is Animazement and it's a freakin' anime con yet I NEVER wear anime costumes. My costume is generally either manga (well that's close), Jrock (kinda close), original characters or like with last year American cartoons. Next year? More than likely video game characters. *L*
