I quit because of certain reasons, which will remain unnamed, but, I have to stay quit for certain other reasons.

Here is a copy of a post I made at my Message Board about Lonelygirl15.

"Well, guys, I have managed to become a foster-mother in the course of three hours. Sort of.

Basically my Mom turned into a crackwhore and abandoned her children. I have volunteered to house my brothers, get Government certified, and raise them.

It's going to be a huge strain, but, for some reason I am hopeful. If all goes well tomorrow with the case worker, and my Mother doesn't co-operate with going to a shelter (which I know she will not), it is most likely I will be keeping the kids.

So, if I am not around as much, or if I seem irritable, it is most likely because of the above stated.

I am feeling optimistic, though, something I haven't felt in a while, so this might be good for me.

Justin is being a complete doll about it all, too, which is a huge relief.

Milo: I didn't think it would be this easy, the only thing she had to say to me after I filled out the preliminary papers was "Are you SURE you want to do this? I mean, you're still young..."

But I am sure.

I am going to give my brothers a loving household and a stable life-- something I was never able to have. "

So, yes, I have become an impromptu Mommy, but I suppose that is okay because I am TOTALLY a MILF.

But yeah, that's what is going on.

I wish you luck with all of this, I hope it doesn't strain your life too much or for long. We will miss you, and I think this is a great thing you are doing, so once again good luck 3nodding .

Well, they're only 14 and 11... so it will probably affect my life for at least 7 years. razz

Well at least they are older, but I have major respect for you being willing to provide a loving setting for them. No doubt you will be blessed in life for helping them 3nodding

The 14yr.-old should be alright, seeing as it's High School age, but the 11vr.-old will likely need a lot of attention.

You're lucky the boys are already 11 and 14. I couldn't imagine what it'd be like to take care of a hyperactive 7yr old x_X

It is actually the other way around, unfortunately. The 11 year old is adapting really well, but the 14 year old is going to need some intense counseling. He thinks that my mother can do no wrong, even though she was using crack, sleeping around, neglecting them, etc. Poor kid sad
