You have just entered the city of Sigil where there are many Taanari, Elves, Humans, you name it. There are many theives, many mages, many fighters. Sigil is a very dangerous place, in the middle of a war. Though one can find a portal to almost anywhere in Sigil.
No one really knows the ruler of Sigil, all they know is that the ruler is a horrible taste for blood and war. If one's ever to request a confrontation with him and they are granted it, they never are heard from again. The second in command is the only one that has ever made it back alive. If one would call it that.
As you enter Sigil they ask you to fill out a form for the information of the draft of the Blood wars which has been going on for over 300 years. If one was to stay here for over one month they are eligable for drafting into the wars.

After handing you this worksheet, you are basically shoved at a table with many others who have either come here willingly or stumble onto the miraculous or quite rude plane.

Rules and Regulations:
1. If one is to stumble into Sigil, or walk in gracefully. They shall meet their match with any Guard or the King or his right hand man. There is not "God-ing" here. Other-wise there will be banning from this certain part of the guild. AKA No trying to take over the city or destroy it.
2. No killing of the other RP-ers. If there is, it doesn't matter, there are many clerics in Sigil. they can just come back and stab you in the back. I just don't want an on-going fued like that.
3. If there is a love tie, make sure it's both ways. If there's a love triangle, make sure to have a battle.
4. Have fun!

Raflegan signs his name below, after having confusedly found his way here. Feeling obliged to continue on with filling in the presented sheet as a matter of course.
What Race Are you? As fully as I know my linage, Human.
Have you gone to war? I've been in the midst of many wars but never conscripted to fight nor have I fought.
What are your past experiances? From a young age I have been a page and runner for powerful mages who inhabit self sustained provisional astral planar realms. Retriving specified ingredients and particular items of interest for my clientele.
What are you best at? Out of my experiences I have grown from such tasks of convenience for what mages do not wish to do to themselves due to their mundane nature, to become an accomplished hunter of rare and difficult to obtain necessities of wizardry that many of them could not infact find of their own volition.
How old are you? By what length & increment of time cannot be said for certain. Time flows differently in the various pocket dimensions at which I have travelled throughout most of my life. Though it should seem as a result my body is in the state of a human age likened to a common prime material full turning of seasons of around 28 to 32 times.
Do you want to meet the ruler of Sigil? No. It would be of no interest to me to do so. Those immeshed enough to become rulers are rarely aloof enough to satiate my mercurial instinct for finding such questing activity as I do.
What is your home plane? As far as I know, I was born in a simple pocket dimension among a human colony on the astral plane, though I had no stable family to relate my past to me.
Why did you come here? As always, in the search for items of great import & mostly what I stumble across by chance.

Lupiness just scoffs at the Small dragon that sits behind her as she turns in her paper. As the dragon tries to follow it is shoved back into place to finish it's paper.
Once the guard is done reading over Lupiness' paper she is out of site.
