Ria School Arena 2: Dark Prayer!:

(A Second Arena was created for Sepreate Battles )

The school Arena is possibly everybody's favorite place to duke it out in ^__^. There are Various Stages you can pick from and the arena will change to it. (think Pokemon) Itll always go by whoever is younger will get to pick the stage first. The following Arenas they have currently are:

Arenas (what it can be changed to ^^):

Classic: A flat field with no obstacle, a quite smooth hard surface. Its Easy to get a grip on this floor but its very hard to hide in a course such as this. There are 4 statues at each of the corner. Each one has a statue of of a warrior on it. Tall and mighty. Breakable XD.

Grasslands: A large grassy scenerio is used here. here everything is highly flammable. No trees, just tall rich green grass.

Jungle: A large Jungle scenerio with plenty of places to hide and duck about. Beware of some randomn marshes here. (yeah the Areana is HUGE) Everything is quite flammable too here, but not as much due to the plantlife type.

Factory (Fire): The factory is a complete Steel areana with firey machines that constantly hiss and give off some flames from the top. In the center there is a huge furnace type machinery that is quite dangerous to be around O_o;; . this makes it so that battles aren't only limited to the ground. People can leap onto steel platforms and take their battles airborned ^^.

The Frozen Tundra(ice): A completely frozen battlefield with plenty of various frozen obstacles. There is a large Ice creating machine frozen underneathe the battlefield. Traction on this type of battlefield is almost impossible. (its ice.. duh X_X)

Lost Desert: A giant Sandy battlefield made with its own weather effect of sandstorms. Made to obscure fighters vision and add to the diffuculty of moving around. The sand gives you a lil too much traction that is hard to start moving quickly and such.

Cave of Ruks: No actual Ruks in these caves, but here a giant cave will be formed in the battlefield, darkening players visions and such and a heavy chilly moist cave feeling around them. The playing field is breakable but it would take a lot of strength breaking the power of mother earth's tightly packed rocks.

Sea of Hope: A complete water field with a only 2 islands. Its.. water... not much to say about this : / . Its rather deep. like 20 feet deep.

Abyss:: A complete Dark Aura battlefield. No obstacles but there is a hazy purple mist that lingers around the field. Mainly for those who use dark magic can summon up powerful spells here.

Alchemist Paradise (Junkyard):: A giant Junkyard with many objects Alchemists can use to transfer them into weapons or anything their heart desire ^^; Plenty of hiding spaces here. There are a few converyor belts about here that are working O_o.

Pearly Gates: The pearly gates is just the Abyss but vice versa. It has a huge Spirit energy floating about for magic and Light users to use to summon Their spells. Very cloudy like here ^^.


Weather Effects:

Rain: Rain can be turned on to Light, Meduim, Downpour, or Floodish XP. Optional has Thunder.

Snow: Snow can be turned on to Light, Meduim, Hail, or Blizzard.

Wind: Wind can be set to Light, Hair blowing, or Heavy.

Kurai entered the arena with a confident look on his face. He wore his typical clothing of unbuttoned blue shirt and the pants with the strange cuts on them. he looked straight forward seeing a skinny figure laying against the pillar.

Kurai couldnt help but smile. "Sorry Ky that i was late! We sorta didnt have a time ya know.. But i had to read up on some stuff.!" Kurai yelled out before taking a step onto the stone arena.

a subtle wind kicked up. the sand slowly brushed abotu Kurai's clothing and tickled his clothing. He looked abotu at each four figures at the corner.
"So why in Dark Prayer? And not in Spiritblade? why such an ancient playing field?" Kurai smiled.

"Something abotu this place is familiar you know Ky..." Kurai said keeping his smile on his face looking about the field. He knew he may not get an answer from his old friend but he loved talking.

Kurai let out a sigh as Ky reached the center. He had on a confident smirk although he was secretely nervous inside. i trust in what i studied im sure i can see through his moves easily..

Kurai then shook his head and closed his eyes. "This is going to be great Ky! but i seriously suggest you lighten up on that attitude of yours!" Kurai smirked and then threw his arm to the side Creating his unique flame blade. The flame exploded out from Kurai's wrist first coming out as a messy big flame but then slowly evaporated into a form of a blade.

Kurai threw the blade into the air and then caught it with both hands. He half stumbled forward cause of the wieght, Kurai sweatdropped but decided to cover it up by looking like he was attacking. in a wild stumble forward Kurai threw his blade forward.

"YEAH!" Kurai let out exitidly.

Kimi watched from the sidelines quietly. She smiled slightly as she watched, her tail swishing slowly. She yawned from time to time, but shook her head afterwards, to try and keep herself awake.

Kurai felt the whole world flip and Ky's quick movement caught him off guard. "WAH!!" Kurai felt a sudden shock into Kurai's chin. "owww.." Kurai muttered angrily and felt blood force out his nose. He then felt the cold blades reach his neck. Kurai let out a suprised gasp.

Kurai tried to lift up his blade to counter it but it was already too late. By now kurai would already have been killed. The humiliation struck him deeply.

s**t.. how fast is he? ahh that wasnothing though.. just a stumble just a stumble... Kurai quickly placed himself up once he removed it. Kurai took in a deep breath and brought his blade up in front of him

ok concentrate now Kurai placed on a fighters face and the blade let out a roar of flame gaining a brighter glow.

lets try this... Kurai threw back his blade and then threw it forward creating a firey projectile twoards Ky. "HAH!" Kurai let out angrily and then rushed up twoards Ky behind the projectile.


tut tut Kurai.. What the hell are you doing? seeking protection behind a projectile!? thats not how its done.. Take off that necklace Kurai.. youll just loose this way...

Kurai's eyes widened and his pace slowed down. What are you doing!? not now! go away!

Ky remained motionless as the fireball rushed towards him. At least there was slightly more thought behind this attack. Ky counted his options. Going above the projectile would be no good; heat rises. Going around would take too much time. That left one option.

Running forward, Ky dropped down into a slide. He could feel the heat from the fireball graze past his head as he slid underneath it towards Kurai. For some reason, Kurai slowed. Seeing an opening, Ky planted both hands into the ground and pushed upwards, the momentum from the slide taking his feet directly into Kurai's chest. Ky kicked off, sending Kurai sailing back. Flipping neatly through the air, Ky landed on both feet as Kurai hit the pillar in front of Ky and the fireball hit the pillar behind Ky.

"Come on Kurai, at least let me enjoy this a little."

Kimi watched the three girls enter and frowned slightly. "They talk too loud..." she sighed and turned her focus back to the fight.

Ky's eyes narrowed as Kurai shouted out. Something wasn't right here. Somewhere in the back of his mind, he heard someone in the stands saying "Nice move." He ignored her though. Fights were no place to be distracted. Ky's instincts were tingling, there was foul work at play here, but he just couldn't put a finger on it. There was no time to think about it, however. Kurai was attacking again. This time his sword was well placed, Ky wasn't going to get another easy hit. Although Ky had two blades while Kurai only had one, Kurai was too strong for Ky to be able to deflect the great flaming sword without only one arm. But, using both katars would leave him open to a follow up attack by Kurai. The sky was blackening now with thick clouds. The wind was howling. Suddenly realizing how annoying his cloak was, whipping around in every direction, Ky grabbed the cloak at the neck and threw it at Kurai, momentarily hiding Ky from Kurai's view.

Ky jumped high into the air. He needed to break Kurai's defense, but still have the ability to attack. Something Kurai had said back at the beach jogged his memories. Katars are limited in range. Kurai would only be expecting short range attacks. Taking two his of his ten kunais from his belt, Ky threw them down at Kurai, one at the neck, one at the heart. Ky dropped back onto the earthen floor in a croach and launched himself at Kurai, katars drawn. Kurai would easily be able to deflect the two kunai, but it would take time for Kurai's heavy sword to attack again.
