Congratulations to Narcissaa on winning Avatar Survival Contest 5.5.
The votes were really close but in the end, Narcissaa pulled ahead.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to be a part of ASC. Either as a host, a judge, a player, a donator or just a spectator! Every person involved helps make ASC a better competition and more fun.
We look forward to seeing you all again in future ASC's!
As of right now, it's not known when the next ASC will be held because Bill will be going out of town for work for 3 months. However, he is planning some mini games for the guild, to help keep things active until the next contest begins.
Until then, keep an eye on the guild for future updates!!

I'd like to thank my agent for getting me this gig. My mum and dad for doing the nasty and conceiving me. My high school guidance teacher for pushing me to do so well in life. My mum again, this time for buying me a PC. My internet provider. Jessyta for getting me into Gaia. Bill for starting this contest. All you ******** that beat me in previous contests for making me try again when the prize bucket is hugeromg.
Oh yeah and you little poeple that voted for me. I'll never forget you! biggrin

I am so proud of both Nikki and Chelsea, they did awesome and it really was a wonderful final two. biggrin Not only that but they both had great outfits the ENTIRE month... which to me really shows just how deserving they were of making it to the end. smile
Thanks for letting me help host Bill... I'd love to help again in the future... Although I am tempted to enter again sometime. xd
Mini contests (like only 1 day or 1 week long) may be a cool thing to do in the guild to keep things semi-active? biggrin

yeahhh both you and chels soo deserved to be in the top two. you two did awesome in most of the month. on some days i actually questioned why you guys chose to dress the way you did. but srsly, overall, you guys were the best. heart
and chelsea, i guess you're going to have to wait until the next ASC to say "FINALLY!!" xDD
butt yeahhh. 'grats 'cissaa, again. it's actually reallly good that it was you and chelsea as top two because the runner-up wouldn't hold a grudge. domokun

I love nikki a lot but she did not win. I have made the voting booth publicly accessible and you will see that with bills vote he actually made it a tie he didn't break the tie. I have done a LOT of work for this asc and to see it end this way rather annoys me. The final day's threadIf bill had actually talked to me before voting the "tie breaker" I would have told him that there was no tie but instead he did it all on his own.

And Bill and I talked about the fact that there was a tie and if Para did not vote on time, which she did not, that he would need to break it. What am I missing here?
I may not have done as much work on ASC as you or Bill, but to see the winner challanged this way annoys me. It was damn close, they both did quite well, but one of them had to lose. neutral

That's pretty low of you to just up and publicize the Voting Booth when maybe the judges wanted to keep votes private? =_= I for one like the anonymous voting system. Also, everyone can go back and see who voted for/against them in the previous days. I voted against a few of my friends, I wouldn't want them to get hurt that I did so by seeing my votes.
Also, if there's any confusion, using a definite article like "DID NOT WIN" sounds very upset on your part, Souris. If there is confusion, "may not have actually won" is a bit better... so as not to start drama.

If either bill or Jess had said anything to me before announcing nikki as the winner I wouldn't have posted that, but the fact that every other night bill has messaged me even if I'm not there about asc and then tonight the last thing he said to me was that he'd do asc later doesn't help me not think something is up.
If your friends will be upset over you voting them negative then they're not really friends? If you don't like something you don't like it. I didn't vote my friends positive on all the days I voted, I chose outfits because I liked them, not because I'm friends with the person.
And if I wanted to cause drama I could have put in my signature saying "ASC ISN'T FAIR." or some crap like that or I could have even posted to the livejournal community, I had even planned on doing something where I showed everyone because of how unfair I thought it was but then I decided that these were my friends and there was no reason to cause drama like that so instead I said in here in a calm post saying that she did not win. Maybe you're the one who's upset.
As I said to a mutual friend: "Jennnger: Yeah. I'm happy for nikki that she won. Now she'll be able to get her mini wings." and I wasn't meaning it condescending I'm glad one of my two friends won, it just doesn't seem like she won fairly since until Jess edited her post Chelsea was winning.
