The BirdThe American Robin is a familiar sight pulling up worms on suburban lawns. Although it's at home breeding in deep, mature forests, the robin is the most widespread thrush in North American thanks to a tolerance for human-modified habitats.
Description * large thrush. * Back and wings gray. * Underparts red. * Dark head with white eye crescents. * Size: 20-28 cm (8-11 in) * Wingspan: 31-40 cm (12-16 in) * Weight: 77 g (2.72 ounces)
Sex Differences:
Sexes look similar; female paler, especially on head.
Sound:
Song a musical whistled phrase, "cheerily, cheer up, cheer up, cheerily, cheer up." Call note a sharp "chup." Also a very high-pitched thin whistling note. http://www.birds.cornell.edu/AllAboutBirds/BirdGuide/American_Robin.html#sound
Other Names:
Merle d'Amérique (French) Mirlo primavera (Spanish)
Cool Facts:
* Hundreds of thousands of American Robins can gather in a single winter roost. In summer, females sleep on the nests and males congregate in roosts. As young robins become independent, they join the males in the roost. Female adults go to the roosts only after they have finished nesting. * The American Robin eats both fruit and invertebrates. Earthworms are important during the breeding season, but fruit is the main diet during winter. Robins eat different types of food depending on the time of day; they eat earthworms early in the day and more fruit later in the day. Because the robin forages largely on lawns, it is vulnerable to pesticide poisoning and can be an important indicator of chemical pollution. * An American Robin can produce three successful broods in one year. On average, though, only 40 percent of nests successfully produce young. Only 25 percent of those fledged young survive to November. From that point on, about half of the robins alive in any year will make it to the next. Despite the fact that a lucky robin can live to be 14 years old, the entire population turns over on average every six years. * Although the appearance of a robin is considered a harbinger of spring, the American Robin actually spends the winter in much of its breeding range. However, because they spend less time in yards and congregate in large flocks during winter, you're much less likely to see them. The number of robins present in the northern parts of the range varies each year with the local conditions. ObesityOverweight is the excess amount of body weight that includes muscle, bone, fat, and water. Obesity is the excess accumulation of body fat. One can be overweight without being obese: a body builder who has a lot of muscle, for example. However, for practical purposes, most people who are overweight are also obese.

Name: Real Name Unknown Nickname: Takai, it means death Age: 26 Height: 5'7 Weight: 130 lbs Build: Incredibly fit without being so muscular it's unfeminine Hair: Midnight black Eyes: Ice blue and hard. Very rarely do they soften towards anything Blood Type: AB Gender Preference: Straight Marital Status: Single Race: Human Job: Death, naturally. She takes out revenge on a group of people that destroyed her best friend's life, and gets payed a handsome sum for it.
Birth Family: Unknown to anyone but her Living Blood Relatives: Again, unknown
Likes: Anything that's dangerous, her privacy, books, dogs, snakes, clubbing, loud music (More to come later) Dislikes: Being unhealthy, anything overly perky and happy, pity. (And yet still more to come)
Favorite Foods: Italian and "Homestyle". Hated Foods: Mexican as a general rule, and various other assortments of things. (She's allergic to nuts)
Bad Habits: She tends to forget that other people need to be cared about
Personality: Very aloof and uncaring as a defensive mechanism. Anyone that can break past this would probably reveal a very hurt young woman, but even Takai has problems getting past her "walls". She's very rarely sympathetic towards anything, and enjoys hurting those who've hurt those she cares about, when she does manage to care about them. If someone gains her loyalty, she will be loyal to a fault, going to the ends of hell for them. She's also got an incredible temper, if you can reach that far into her.
Description: Takai has obviously been hardened by whatever life has thrown at her, even her eyes appear narrowed, closed and hardened to any that meet her. She's slim and very fit, as though she works out constantly. Her face is squarish, with a small nose bearing a ski-slope bump on the bridge, and full, usually unpainted lips that are often tightened together in displeasure. Her body is fairly well proportioned, with a slightly smaller bust then normal, and larger hips. (More to come when I can think).
Favored Clothing: Black t-shirt and cargo pants, with heavy boots that buckle all the way up to the calves and a white trenchcoat to hide her many arms beneath it. She almost never goes anywhere without at least two guns beneath her arms, on her hips and on her thighs.
History: Takai used to be your normal, average, happy-go-lucky girl until one fateful day changed her entire life. She had been sitting at home, reading a book and listening to her favorite music when The Call came. Her best friend had died. Not only had she died, but she'd been kidnapped, brutally raped and then murdered. After collapsing to the floor and crying for practically three days straight, her demeanor suddenly changed to something much more hardened, cruel and uncaring. She sold all her expensive jewelry and bought herself quite the dangerous pair of 9MM Beretta pistols that she still uses and loves to this day, as well as a very wickedly dangerous knife. It took her some haggling out of the police, but with her body and her ease with manipulation, she easily got them to tell her who they suspected had killed her friend, and she went after them with a vengeance that would rival the most cruel serial killers. The first five she simply shot without any sort of fuss, the sixth... well, she left him alive for a little while. She let him see the bodies of his five friends circled around him as he was chained to a wall, and then she slowly and carefully stripped off every piece of skin she imagined could have touched her friend, before she turned and walked away. She left him to bleed to death. Now she lives in a small apartment, working for a man she's never met before to go after the criminal group that those original six had been apart of. There's hundreds of men just waiting to meet the end of her guns, and she gets paid quite the salary for it all.
