Another day, another blazing day under the sun in the Pride Lands. Luckily, he was able to get away from his mother again. She had been a little occupied with Athrun and her sisters to keep a strong grip on her sons. With a new day, is just another fresh start to find out what his vision meant. Passing moons and suns, one after the other until it stopped on the sun, however, everything was dark but a single ray of light shining from it onto the ground, following a figure in the distance.

What did it mean? What was the figure? Were the moon and the sun showing the cycles of when it would happen? Hope not since he lost count after three. What did it mean for him? He had to find out, he must!

Carefully, his eyes kept a alert glance on everything that moved, bugs, plants, even the occasion dust that would float by. If he so touched anything that lived, he would see it's past, present, or maybe future. Yadumugandama kept his body away from most, only his family and friends were an exception to that rule, then again, there were those moments when they would just come. He hoped he would get better control in the future....or at least soon.

Jurawa bounded along through the tall grass, enjoying the fact that it kept her partially shielded from the hot, hot sun burning the lands below it. She swished her little tail behind her as she went, leaping up every now and then in an attempt to see above the grass, but alas, the tiny red lioness was just that, too tiny. She gave a frustrated growl and then stopped for a moment, reclining to her haunches and panting as she scratched behind her ear, then yawned a little and stood back up, tail flicking, slightly annoyedly.

"Dumu!" She shouted, looking around. She spotted a small rock, and ran over to it, then jumped on top of it and launched herself, finally able to see above the grass. "Uncle Dumu!!!" She shouted, louder this time, hoping he was nearby. Although it was not as though he needed to be, Jurawa had quite the set of lungs on her, and she could scream, whine, yell, complain all day if she had to. She landed with a loud thud in the grass and gave a small, frustrated whine.

Dumu jerked his head around, Was that who I thought it was? Heh, thought she'd be home with my...uh...daughter? Dumu shook his head. Avellano was a step below him on the family tree, and he was a cub and she a adult. Odd, huh? That was what happens when you get involved with a God with a past.

"I am over here, Jura."

He called out, soon heading towards her to save her some trouble of looking for the dark red male. His silver eye flicked in teh sun light, his violet eyes gleaming through the tall grass looking for that little cub he knew and loved as a niece, if they weren't related, he would love her more, but blood prevented that it would seem. Oh well, another time and another female. Though the two still have a strong relationship as family and friends.

"Jurawa, where are you?"

he called out again.

The little red lioness reclined to her haunches again, ears perked as she glanced around, trying to figure out where his voice had come from. "I'm staying right here Dumu. Come find me." She demanded, flicking her tail and then lifting her paw to admire her shiny emerald beads, licking the paw, and then putting it back on the ground, still looking at her bracelet fondly. The only thing she had left to remind her of her father....She huffed and looked away from it, shaking the thought from her head. "Mommy always says such bad things about him....but I know he loved me, and I'll always love him." She said quietly to herself, eyes welling up with tears. She missed her father, but her mother said it was best that they weren't around him, although for the life of her, Jurawa didn't understand why. She heaved a tiny sigh and looked around again, wishing Dumu would hurry and get to her, so she wouldn't have to wait so long. "Dumu, hurry up, I'm getting bored!" She whined loudly, flicking her tail impatiently and then laying down amongst the grass.

"I am coming, geez, hold your zebras will ya?"

He gumbled as he emerged into the small clearing with her, clearing off some stray grass from his pelt. Looking over, he could see some tears aroundher eyes, had she been crying? Maybe her search for him wasn't one of the playful manner, but of comfort?

"Jura, what happened? Why are you crying?"

he asked softly walking over to her. He notice the beads on her paw and looked up at her. Something happened. If it was in the family he was going to find out, he always did.

"Jura, remember if you don't tell me, I will find out. I always do." he said, moving his paw slightly closer to her's. With a single touch and he could dive into her, and could only hope that it was of the memory he desired.

Jura sniffled and turned away from him as he approached. "Nothing....I wasn't crying, I got dust in my eyes." She growled, pulling her paw away, knowing what would happen if they touched. "I don't like it when you do that." She sniffled again, feeling as though she would be sick. She turned and stared at him for a moment, eyes locked with his, then shook her head and looked away again. She didn't want him to see that she was sad. The tiny red lioness closed her eyes tightly and willed away all thoughts of her father. She flicked her tail and stood up, then forced a grin and threw herself on her uncle, not caring anymore if he saw everything, she wanted to be close to the warmth of a family member, since she'd been lost for the last few days, the best she could do was seek out her uncle. Snuggling tightly against him, she buried her head against his neck and began to cry again. "Dumu....I'm all alone." She said quietly, muffled through his fur, and her tears. "I can't find my mommy, and my daddy left us...." She trailed off, sobbing into his shoulder, paws wrapped around him in a hug.

Dumu's eyes widened when she jumped at him, he didn't expect that, actually, never crossed his mind. His niece just threw herself onto him, the simpliest touch, by him or not, there was the possiblity of a vision, and unfortunately, there was one. The sobs of a female, the argument of parents, the sympathetic voice of a male and the image of the emerald bracelet now around the female's paw.

"This is all about Gibbs, isn't it? He gave you that, from his collection? What happened, Jura, tell me."

He said, holding her close to him, comforting her all he could for a cub. He smiled warmly and stroked her fur, comforting her.

"Jura, you are never alone, you got me, my brother, my parents, and you got your friends. You are never alone. If and when you feel you do, seek me out, I am not that far."

Strong words.

Sniffling some more, trying to stop her tears, Jura pulled away from Dumu. "He...gave me this bracelet before he left. It's so special....but I wish he never left. Mommy's not the same since he's been gone, and I miss him so much...." She sniffled, lifting a paw and wiping the tears from her muzzle, then heaving a tiny sigh and looking away from him, sniffling a few more times and then flicking her tail again. "I need great grampy to help me find my mommy....I dunno where she is, and I bet she misses me lots..." She said, whimpering quietly and giving one last sob. "But I don't wanna go back yet, I want you to play a game with me first. I'm not very happy, Dumu." She said quietly, grinning at him. She always found it amusing how Dumu would go out of his way to make sure that she was happy. Though she supposed that if any others had to put up with her constant whining and demands, they'd do anything to shut her up too.

Dumu smiled, "Well, I'll get my dad to look for Ave. Meanwhile, we can look for Gibbs ourselves."

Oh great, he fell into another one of her games again. Somehow, this always happens. Whenever they are together, Jura wants to play something and Dumu was usually always the victim. Now what was it?

"Fine, I'll play, but what is it first?"

He asked, eyeing her. He held a paw hesitantly over her to find out what it was and the point of it. However, he pushed the thought aside and put his paw back down. Maybe this was different? Or rather, that was what the demi-god hoped to believe. Just a game, a cub game and nothing more.

Jurawa giggled a little and pounced Dumu. "I hadn't decided...I was hoping you would take me to the beach, but I think it's too late for that now..." She trailed off, then glanced around and moved away from him. "Or....maybe we should just go look for my daddy now." She said, flicking her tail and laying her ears back. "And I'm getting cold..." The little red lioness trailed off, falling onto her haunches and staring at him curiously. "How come YOU never have any problems?" She whined, looking down at her bracelet sadly.

Dumu sighed. If only she knew. He had his fair share of problems. Aki's sexuality being revealed to their parents wasn't the best idea, Athrun was surprised and his mother was...a bit shocked. Dumu understood him though, he didn't care less about him for it. Then there was these stupid visions of his, always interferring with his life and dreams and sleep. Damn it.

"Maybe we could go to the beach, but it is pretty far, Jura. Maybe we could find a place to spend the night. You are alone now...maybe I could stay with you?"

Dumu flinched.

"Wait, I thought you wanted to play a game."

"Well I don't wanna play now, stupid." She said, glaring at him. "I said I wanted to look for my daddy, and I guess I don't really have a choice about staying with you, now do I?" She said rudely, her patience with him wearing thin incredibly quickly. "Why do you always have to make things seem difficult?" The tiny lioness inquired, flicking her tail and giving a small hiss. "I don't wanna go to the beach, in the dark, you dolt." She said, breaking up her words in the hopes of adding more emphasis, maybe he'd stop being so stupid...She furrowed her brow, the more that she thought about it, the more she wanted to just slap his across his cheek or bite him or something...She gave a frustrated sigh and then got up, wandering away from him angrily with her shoulders hunched and her tail rigid.
