Spoilers. Maybe.
I've been trying to think of which Pactio I love the most, and here's what I've come up with:
1) Yue's. Well, maybe because since I'm just as interested as Yue about the magic world, the encyclopedia would be my favorite artifact, plus I love Yue's outfit (the cloak and the cute witch hat).
2) Nodoka's. How cool would it be if you could read minds? I would abuse the power, just like Eva did (in Volume 8, I think).
3) Haruna's. Well. This is only because I'm an artist too, and everything I draw would come to life... This is definitely one of the best, as well.
Gawd - I love the library girls so much...
But if I had a Pactio/artifact of my own, it'd be just like Paru's (you know, stuff coming to life) only it would be writing instead of drawing. That's a LOT easier for me. (But methinks that's a bit abusive. blaugh )

I'm a Haruna fan so I might as well say that I like Paru's pactio so far.

I like Nodoka's, Eva's, Yue's, Konoka's, Makie's, Setsuna's, Ku Fei's, Kaede's, and Mana's guns, but she can't make another pactio sadly.
The one I'd probably have though is Haruna's since I am a very kick a** artist, and I have the "Smell of love" thing too, also I love doujinshi's and drawing Manga/Doujinshi's...xD

I doubt anyone would really like to have Nodoka around in real life because of her pactio. =p

I think she's a lot like Shinobu too. Obviously - her character design was pretty much based on Shinobu.
Gah, off-topic.
I haven't seen Chisame's Pactio in action yet (because I refuse to watch the anime and can't find scanlations of the recent manga), but I know what it is, at least.
