The MP Center's standard is higher than gaia's TOS.
As Captain I reserve the right to ban anyone at anytime; with or without warning.
Keep your posts polite and respectful.
No swearing.
No burning.
No trolling.
No sexual innuendo.
No inappropriete illustrations or photos. That includes your sig!
No discussing how to work together to contribute to Artificial Inflation. The mods are unclear in this regard, I am not.
Please do not advertise unknown and hidden guilds in our main forum.
I reserve the right to add more rules as I see fit.
Standard procedure will be 2 warnings. On the 2nd you will either be demoted or banned.
Some behaivior will be cause for an Immediate Ban. Treade in my Guild Carefully and with Respect.

Just to let everyone know. I have banned a person for leaving their butt uncovered. This is my guild and I do not allow vulgarity here. If anyone has any problems with this you may discuss that in this thread or pm me.
BE POLITE or I will post your pm here for everyone to laugh at!
(note) I do not allow vulgarity.
Here is the banning message I sent them:
I can't send you a pm and you have not responded to my message in your profile.
You have been helpful in my guild but I am banning you for having leaving your butt uncovered. I do not allow that in my guild.
If you wish to argue the ban you are welcome to pm me, my profile is set to accept all pms.

Reason Demoted biggrin ue to misuse of his crew powers. He banned several people without a satisfactory reason. If you wish to discuss this then you are welcome to.
(note) Crew must discuss any banning with the Guild-Captain. If the Guild-Captain is unavailable then discuss the problem with other crew.

Lupas Deva Guild Captain Ehh, first of all, I've done research. AI is not illegal. Search around, but I've found -many- resources proving my point. Artificial Inflation -is- allowed. Ask a mod. Second of all, feel free to remove me for helping to coordinate it. It's part of my guild, not yours, and I was simply stating it's happening and is entirely real. The fact that I have something to do with it should only help your guild get a heads up on hot items. But whatever.
Casrial Lupas Deva I have been under the impression that AI was a bannable offence on gaia. And have not allowed it in my guild. What is gaia's policy regarding AI and guilds created for hyping up AI? Gaia does not take action on artificial inflation. ^^; That's our official policy.
