In episode 12 when mariko was picking nana up in the close up as she was putting her limbs back on you could see her left arm wasn't commected but when they show her fomr a distence its connected.
Also in episode 12 when nana pushes kouta out of mariko's way she isn't covered in blood but when shown again in the next camera angle she is.
When haha's fingers where cut off the shape of how the thumb was removed changes when it switches camera angles.
Every once and a while lucy's horns are either too low on her head or shaped diffrently which would be the only evedence of indivisual style.
Maybe i'm wrong but when you see lucy killing kanae and the blood flying everywhere the details on lucy's shirt weren't drawn (no blue stripes on her colar or seems on the pockets).
Maybe i'm wrong about some of them but I know they are there.

most of it is on angles some times its hard to draw so that it looks the same on the next frame

I wanted to go into animation but the stress was sure to get to me sooner then later, so I choose something else. Yet even with the dead line the things noted are all small

What about this one, In the episode Mayu finds Nana, right before they meet, it shows Nyu and Kouta carrying dishes over to Yuka, seeing as how they just finished dinner. Mayu goes out with Wanta, and meets Nana, she brings her home, continue past episode 8, 9, and 10,(Still the same night) When Mayu and Nana return to the house a second time, Yuka tells Nana that they were JUST sitting down to dinner, When earlier, They had just finished >.>
I also noticed, Episode 2 I think, When Yuka is in her room crying over the little clay like figures in the box, if you pause it for a moment when it shows the TV, and her bed, under the TV is a plushie that looks A LOT like Eeyore from winnie the pooh XDD Also, theres one that looks like Dino from the flinstones >.>

Hmmm the one seems to be a scripting error, or it was a way of lying to make Nana feel more comfortable
as tfor the stuff toys i never noticed that

plus didn't nana's *ahem* rak was larger neat episode 12 when her cloths where torn apart (well if you notace when nana was first eating ice cream mayu was wearing the same sheater nana was wearing when she tried to fight mariko) and I think in smoe other ones her chest was smaller afterwords

Yet even with the dead line the things noted are all small true, I don't see why some animaters don't start animating the series like 5-10 episodes before episode 1 would even air but oh well I think the elfen lied style is incredibly easy to draw, I can draw mariko in about 30 seconds and chibi lucy in maybe 2 minutes, the bangs are the only hard part for some reason.

the characters are indeed easy, but look at the complextive of the backrounds, they all have a generally well detailed backing, so what was taken out of the charactes wasa placed into the backing
