Who plays more? Girls or Guys? This poll is shed some light on the matter.

I think that it is probally about even...though I have a feeling that overall there are more male gamers(at this current time) then females....though I have noted that females have been playing a lot more over the last few years. So it will probally even out really soon or females will be more of the gamers.

They say us girls don't play as much as guys, but I love to play as much as I possibly can. Accept for sports games 'n stuff.^^

I always thought more or a male population played video games in general.
Still I go with male over female in terms of more people I know that play Final Fantasy.

Same. Statistically proven, more males play video games, so it would only make sense. I can only speak for my town, but I only know about 3 girls that have ever watched/played a FF game (2 out of the 3 are fangirls)

There are probably more guys, but I don't think there's as big of a gap in FF and RPG's as in other types of games. I certainly know more girls who play RPG's that ones who play sports games, for example, and the opposite is true of most of the guys I know IRL.
By the way. Hikari, I was completely wearing this outfit before I saw yours, with the G-Blade and shoulders and belt and Halo and glasses... -.-

I'd say it's even, but i'd believe it if someone managed to prove that more boys than girls played. Though I still think it's a tie.

hmmm...off of people i know, more boys play than girls (note: in elementary school i practically advertised ff games to everyone) but according to the poll its equal

I'm not really sure. I know that boys in general play video games more than girls do. But from what I know of girls, they seem to be able to grasp the fantasy aspect of everything easier, so it might be kind of equal.

Well it depends. Most people would say boys because most people think girls aren't into that kind of stuff. I think that it's 50/50. Girl or boy, what's the difference between games? Nobody is better by who they are.

it seems like there are more guys in general that play video games, and from my experience its usually older guys that dont have jobs or anything in their own houses. and when we have these big halo parties there are usually more guys than girls. however there are a lot of girls that love video games like me at my high school. but overall it seems like guys make up the majority. whee

im a guy and on my ff games the time slot is maxed out and i have 8 ff games.
remeber its not how many guys or girls play its how long they play.
