I know how it is. I'm fighting a seamingly never ending battle with tobacco. I was tobacco free for about 4 months, then I had to relapse when I moved away for college. And now I'm in the process of quiting once again.
Whatever you do, don't be too harsh on yourself.
At least you recognize you have a drug problem, which is the first step to "cleaning up your act."
Instead of doing drugs, try doing something else that requires intense focus, like still life drawing or jogging (ok, ok... lame examples..).
I'm chewing gum and doodling in my sketchpad instead of smoking. It keeps my mouth and hands busy.
What are you addicted to?

If you really are serious about quitting drugs, as in, really serious, I would sya go and get a bit of help with it, you'll feel a lot better for it.
