I see a few "Im new" posts in this general area so I figured where better than to introduce myself. Ive read the entire rules and character creation section, and Ive taken the big steps in creating my profile (Using MS Word so I have a hard copy, Id hate to have the internet eat it). My big question is, where do I post my profile? Do I write it into one of the village scrolls or send it to the village leader for acceptance?

Now that my question is out of the way, I figure why not lay out a sample of my writing (Start Self promotion)

The summer breeze floated lazily through Walters' sences, tickling his nose. Arms crossed over his chest laying gently against his medicine pack he gazed over the fields with pride. It had been four long years since he left the guidence of his parents and started on his own as an apothecary.

"To live, love, and help. Nothing quite like the simple boyish ideals. Samael, how is your fever"

A blond fellow, no older than 13, opened his eyes slowly, and turned his gaze twords his savior.

"I can feel it going down, and my cuts dont hurt any more either... but who are you?"

Walter breathed a sigh of relief.

"Im known as Walter, and your very lucky I happened upon you. You had quite the brush with that mountain lion didn't you, your parents must be worried sick."

Samael turned his empty stare back to the sky...

"I was attacked because I dont know where my parents are. Ive been wander for what must be weeks now trying to find them. There was an awful raid, everyone scattered..."

Samael faltered, his speach became stammered and choked. The boy held strong, regardless of the situation. Walter noted his change of tone...

"Dont worry my young friend, your parents are out there somewhere. When two people are searching for each other they become like blind rams trying to butt heads. There can be no connection untill one of them stops and waits. I can take you as far as the next village, I have friends there you can stay with untill you hear word of your parents. I doubt they would stop searching for thier son, and I have buisness to take care of anyways. As soon as you feel well enough, we can leave. Otherwise Im very much enjoying this beutiful weather."
