No swearing/cussing
No spamming/advertising
No flaming
No cheating such as using mules to vote, ect.
Please be as literate as possible
Anyone who breaks a rule or more once will receive a warning.
Anyone who breaks a rule or more twice will be blacklisted for 3 days.
Anyone who breaks a rule or more three times will be blacklisted... forever.
Anyone who cheats will immediately be disqualified.
The winner is determined by 10 votes (on the poll)

18/10/06: Number of spots are lowered to make the avi contests faster so people who have entered will get their prize faster!

29/10/06: For the minor avi contests, the prize will be 2.5k but the fee is still 500 gold.
