Age: Looks about 19, but is really bloody old
Ethnicity: Egyptian
Race: Demigod
Height: 5' 4"
Weight: 125 lbs.
Appearance: Her hair is a blue-black that reaches the middle of her back. The hair in front of her ears is held by a 4 inch long gold band, creating a long ponytail on each side of her face; the rest of her hair rests against her back. From her eyebrows to the bridge of her nose, and back to both temples, is dyed a dark red. Dark green eyes stand out brilliantly against the colouring around her eyes. Her skin is dark brown, like a cinnamon colour [cause cinnamon sticks are like BROWN.. <<] and she wears a beaded coif around her shoulders that extends enough to cover her chest [Think ancient egyptian pharaoh shoulder thinger. o.O]. On her lower half she wears a pair of dark tan shorts covered by a white linen cloth skirt wrap. One of her most noticable features, though, is that she has a thin blue-black tail that can be seen protruding from the bottom of the skirt.

~Weapons~
Physical: Cestus, two one-handed sickles, acupuncture needles, tarot cards
Magical: She has the ability to summon 10 low level "monsters", 6 middle level "monster", 3 high level "monsters", or 1 gargantuan "monster" to serve her. She can only summon once a day. She can use her tarot cards to bind someones fate or just bring the picture on the card to life to wreak havoc. In very dire circumstances she can call upon her father for a tiny smidgen of help... that is if he accents to helping sweatdrop Also, she can call on her "brother" Set for a bit of help as well. She can also manipulate electricity, to some extent.
Magical Side-effects: After the "monsters" she summons are unsummoned or defeated, she falls into a coma-like state so her body can recover from the massive use of magic. Also, if anyone was to learn her last name, they would have complete control over her and her magic.
Family: Her father is Anubis and her mother is Bastet. She has no siblings, but has adopted Set as a sort of surrogate brother. [[Look at the separate posts for family member backgrounds. o:]]
History: Her birth was very controversial, but over the years it has become a common thing for the gods to mate with each other instead of humans [cause mating gods is taboo apparently.. xd ]. When she had reached her coming of age ceremony she was given the duty of guarding the gates of the underworld. When the mishappenings of the world started to increase, she was sent to the surface world to assist in keeping the balance of good and evil.. plus, Anubis was getting kinda angry with her so he wanted her out of his hair. Bastet didn't like the idea so much, but she was, and still is, too busy to do anything about it.

Race: God
Age: ...old
Appearance
-Human: He stands at about 6'3", with dark blue skin. His body is all corded muscle, he wears a linen loincloth and his head [shown above] is that of a jackal.
-God: When he is in his God form he looks very much like his human self but he stands at about 25' and wears a set of very ritualitic robes.
-Animal: If he wants to be partially inconspicuous, he changes into his animal form, which is of course a jackal.
History: Anubis was born to Nephthys and Osiris in the strangest of ways. Nephthtys, married to Set, disguised herself as Isis [the wife of Osiris] in order to appeal to her husband. Set took no notice because he was interested in the opposite sex. Osiris on the other hand, mistook Nephthys as his wife and thus Anubis was conceived. Anubis was considered the God of embalming as well as the guardian of the veil of death but is now the God of the underworld. When his daughter, Neftari, became of age he gave her his old position as guardian of the veil of death. He has spent years taking care of the dead, but recently there has been an influx of new souls so he has sent Neftari to the surface to discover its cause and put an end to the senseless killing.
Abilities: Anubis has the ability to instantly kill anyone who is deemed too impure of heart, although he only uses this ability when absolutely necessary. Also, when Neftari calls upon him he can do one of two things for her, since they take the shortest time to implement; he can remove up to ten people from the vicinity, placing them a fair distance away, or he can heal up to ten people in the vicinity.
