This game should be coming out this month. I'm probably going to get it for the GCN (although another option I have is to get it for the PC)...but after a small price drop (yes, I'm a budget gamer xp ). It's going to take place with the season 2 stuff from the cartoon and the Battle Nexus Tournament (which just concluded last weekend). Playable unlockable characters are Splinter, Casey, Karai, and Slashuaa (very little is known about him and it's said he's a character Konami came up with on their own).

Another thing that's going to be unlockable is the original TMNT arcade game. But, due to contractual stuff, some of the voices/music will be different this time around. Some people have complained that this will ruin that classic arcade game. But, if you look at the bright side of it, Konami didn't have to put it in this year's TMNT game and the new voices/music might put a fresh spin on an old game. 3nodding

Too bad I just spent all of my money on MK Deception...
But the PC version is supposedly only like $15 at its release, so you should really have to wait unless you're uber-broke

I'll look forward to getting it whenever it appears on store shelves. The people who visited E3, (Electronic Entertainment Expo) in Japan, I believe, are quite lucky! They got to preview and play TMNT before it was released here! *lucky bastards...* smile

I'm just looking forward to a TMNT game that actually allows three people to play. We have three people, four turtles, PERFECT. I happen to have a forth person who'd be interested in playing and it just so happens we ALL have different favorites. eek It's serendipity I tell ya!
But I'll have to save money b/c I just spent WAY too much on a new DDR pad. whee

But I'll have to save money b/c I just spent WAY too much on a new DDR pad. whee The only thing that bothers me about recent games being listed on the market is their prices... $30.00 for a GBA game and $50.00 for a Gamecube game! It's a little outrageous if you ask me... But the games are fun and entertaining to play. When I buy a game, I ask myself, "will I be getting $30 worth out of this game?" In other words, I look for a game that will last many hours, hold my attention, and etc...RPGs suit my fancy for that reason. So, you're planning on having 4-Player action, eh? Wow, good luck and hope it turns out fun! All my life, I have only played 1-P games, by myself. I haven't played any multi-player action games, except with my brother and a few friends over the years. I prefer a single player games for some reason... mabye I've just been accustomed to it. In anycase, TMNT2 is coming out in less than 2 weeks, so let's have a drum roll..... smile

That's actually hard to do with my boyfriend (random: he'd be Donatello) because the two of us are competitive as hell. (It was interesting playing Four Swords together. He kept setting my butt on fire.) Meanwhile my best friend (the Raphael of the group, this makes no sense) and I are amazingly cooperative. We help each other 100% which is GREAT. We play Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles a lot and during boss fights are general strategy is me kamakazi-ing myself (y'know for the good of the cause) and him bringing me back to life while he beats off the boss's minions. Great fun! ^^ Oh and it helps that since I work at Blockbuster I can rent the games free before deciding if I want to buy them. Yay!

You like the Legend of Zelda series? That has to be my favorite adventure platform series... I played the one for GBA with a friend, and yes, we would toss eachother into holes/pits instead of cooperating! Never got a chance to play Final Fantasy: CC but I would love to someday. I've stuck with the FF series for many years too! Blockbuster lets you rent games for free? Nice! Actually, I've been thinking of working a part-time job at Blockbuster. I've been renting the Sopranos tapes from Blockbuster for weeks now.... it's a great show!

Platform games, fighting games, FIFA games, 1st-person shooters, etc. I guess IC it as a social thing.
