I haven't seen this so I thought I would post it.

- Gackt and Yoshiki (ex-X JAPAN) have announced that they will start a new band project together in 2007, which will tour in the United States.

- Gackt's "Greatest Filmography 1999-2006" DVDs to be released in two versions. The "Red" version will feature upbeat songs, and the "Blue" version will have the calmer songs.

- Gackt will re-release all his albums in SACD (Super Audio CD) format, in limited edition packaging with posters.

「Gackt Premium Collection」

All of his albums will be re-released (Mars, Rebirth, Moon, Crescent, and Diabolos). They're limited editions and in SACD format and come with a booklet and a poster.

Release Dates:

Mars: 10/25/2006
Rebirth: 11/01/2006
Moon: 11/08/2006
Crescent: 11/15/2006
Diabolos: 11/22/2006

Update (01/05/07) :

It's official now! Sugizo (former member of Luna Sea) is joining the new band Yoshiki and Gackt formed. They revealed that the band is going to have five members. One can only wonder who the other two high profile musicians are that will join this amazing project!

Also, it has been said that Kaoru, from Dir En Grey, will be joining the band. Yoshiki apprently slipped while doing an American interveiw. He must be one of those that are very bad at holding in secrets, even if it's not intentional... ^_^;;

AAJNSDJGhggFDYGA buy me a ticket now. Where would one buy a ticket to a Gackt concert anyway?

ah wha? dag-nabbit. i've already ordered/recieved all my Gackt albums. funny, i have all those listed... if only i knew about this earlier, i would have gotten the up-graded versions. :XP: lol, nah but i like what i got. :XP:

that's awesome that gackt and yoshiki are working together! but both of them have such big egos, i wonder how long it would last ;_;

When he comes to the US I really hope Gackt-sama comes somewhere near me! ^^ that'd be just so sweet!

I give them three years at the most. Gackt won't sing anyone elses pieces, and if he does, it won't last for long. The downfall of Malice Mizer started when GAckt wrote everything of Le Ciel, Lyrics, Music, and All. He gets to full of himself (for good reason) and wants everything to be done himself, I don't love him any less though.

My friends and I don't care if hes playing near us!
We were going to go to Texas to see Dir en grey, we just didn't have enough money! But its diffrent this time! We HAVE to make it this time! Gackt is my favorite singer ever. Period. And my friends and I swore an oath that they would get me to a Gackt concert so....I'm set!
